Hand in mine, into your icy blues
And then I'd say to you we could take to the highway
With this trunk of ammunition too
I'd end my days with you in a hail of bullets
I'm trying, I'm trying
To let you know just how much you mean to me
And after all the things we put each other through and
I would drive on to the end with you
A liquor store or two keeps the gas tank full
And I feel like there's nothing left to do
But prove myself to you and we'll keep it running
It had seemed like forever ago, but the emotions burned like it had been yesterday. The pain and strangling misery of the loss burned like a hot coal in his throat. Why did it have to happen? Why did life have to come to such an end? Who is cruel enough to set such torment? Who is sick enough to have love, the most beautiful thing in the world turn black and ugly. What made him do it? Still, though it had been over a year, the stallion refused to beleive it was true. Life was no longer real for him. It was just a dream, a sick nightmare and he was just waiting to wake.... waiting to his sun to come up.
But this time, I mean it
I'll let you know just how much you mean to me
As snow falls on desert sky
Until the end of everything
I'm trying, I'm trying
To let you know how much you mean
As days fade, and nights grow
And we go cold
Until the end, until this pool of blood
Until this, I mean this, I mean this
Until the end of...
I'm trying, I'm trying
To let you know how much you mean
As days fade, and nights grow
And we go cold
The chosen bronc would never let his love truely leave him. Never. Still, through the rot and lost moments, he recalled the beauty they had, the passion they shared. He still tried proving himself to the other. Trying... trying to show he still cared, giving his soul to the dead. He had little left to give to the gnawing guilt his deceased lover had left. His heart had already been ripped form his grey chest, sinking in the pits of the black sea. But still, he would bleed himself dry for the other.
But this time, we'll show them
We'll show them all how much we mean
As snow falls on desert sky
Until the end of every...
All we are, all we are
Is bullets I mean this
All we are, all we are
Is bullets I mean this
All we are, all we are
Is bullets I mean this
All we are, all we are
Is bullets I mean this
All we are, all we are
Is bullets I mean this
He was sure he would have done the same. THe love was shared. Alone they were two homeless beast with no real heart, no real purpose to the other equine. But together, they were no better. But at least they had each other. Just bullets. Just bullets in the sky waiting to crash and tear flesh, ruining the life they had been given.
As lead rains, will pass on through our phantoms
Forever, forever
Like scarecrows that fuel this flame we're burning
Forever, and ever
Know how much I want to show you you're the only one
Like a bed of roses there's a dozen reasons in this gun
And as we're falling down, and in this pool of blood
And as we're touching hands, and as we're falling down
And in this pool of blood, and as we're falling down
I'll see your eyes, and in this pool of blood
I'll meet your eyes, I mean this forever
And so he decided. Life was not alive alone. He would stay alone forever in such a state, in such a place. The pain, he couldn't take it anymore. The bronc would prefer no life to one of suffering and tragedy. And so he ran. And he kept running, sweapt breaking his flesh soon, the sky clapping in rage, setting out an army of rain. The bullets soaked through to his pink hide, burning like acid against the sweat. His knives thundered under the raging sky as he screamed in pain, going numb and not caring. Nothing mattered. Nothing at all.
Why had he chosen to love?
All they were were Demolition Lovers.
