The entire surroundsing of this new world as what she would address it was new, it was all strange and she didn't like being outside her comfort zone, it brough on the Hyper-active attacks more often, and they began to tire her out. Today, the sun was high in the sky, set right above her so she knew it was mid-day, and already she had had 7 fits since she came into this land. To others she looked normal and just playful, she was forever glad that the WNV hadn't pulled her down into the ashes and had given her a second chance. She would rather had these Hyper active fits than be dead or disabled like many she had seen.
She had only been 9 months old when the virus had struck her herd, she and many of the foals of that summertime were struck more than the adults who seemed to be able fight its toxic bite, she had watched as foal after foal they fell and never rose. She had fallen, she had fallen out of a fit, and she thought that had been the end, but when she woke up, she knew she had escaped the clutches of death but knew she was no longer the same, and soon after the fits became un-imaginable.
Now, 2 years on from the experience, she had left her herd for another stallion had take over her fathers position and her dam had become very twisted and sour due to the toxins of the virus, she needed to escape so she had come wondering. It wasn't safe but she had to do it, she had to build her own life, and her life wasn't back home, she had never fitted in, every horse had become tired of her and turned their backs.
She desperatly wanted a herd, she wanted to feel secure and safe but she didn't like forceful claimings, no, she was young still and she would like to fight if she got the chance, but she was sure she'd follow soon enough and she'd not attack the other horses, but they would have to learn to understand her probelms and the reasons for her behaviour, maybe then they would accept her and take her under their wing.
The mares muzzle dropped hellwards and she tasted the fresh green shoots of grass that was coming through in the summer sun. Her rump twitched, and her tail smacked against her rump as blood sucking pests landed upon her, her head often been rose and shook to rid herself from them. They were quite annoying, they just never left. Her teeth tore at the blaes of grass and she bit them right off and chewed them hungrily, she grazed quietly, keeping calm was the best way to handle her problems and to decrease the chance of having a fit.
Her ears were flickering, she wasn't as relaxed as she should be, hence the twitching on her rump. Her eyes were focused on where she was grazing though they rose with her head if she heard a noise, her ears following the sounds of other animals, she was aware of the danger she could be in, though she tried not to think of that, it would only torture her mind more than it was necessery.
The water hole close by was inviting in such warm weather, and the young mare knew she had to move with a trotting pace or a brisk walk to keep her enegry constintly burning to decrease the chances more. She picked up a brisk trot and she eye the water hole carefully before she decided it was safe enough to drink. She waded in till the cooling liquid rose above her knees and onto her higher legs, her tail floating on the surface as her nose was stuck in and she sucked up the water. As her head rose, thousands of diamond like water droplets was sent around her and they fell into the water making ripples upon the surface. Vocals rumbled and she sent out a nicker into the air, a calling for any passing equine.

Wind whipped across his talons, he felt as if he were flying, faster, faster. He gathered more speed and felt faster than fast gallop. And he arrived. Espirit stood infront of him. The golden sun reflected off her amazingly stunningly peculiar back. That was not the back of Espirit. That was... He trotted up to the fae. He was a polite stallion and knew how to treat mares. With dignity and respect.
Dipping his maw at the stunning young fae he said in a strong voice. I am dubbed Dusk. A stallion without a fae. Without a home. My you are stunning... He nodded his head beckoning her to talk. The grass grew upside his legs. Tickling his forelock. He grinned and bent down snatching it up as if it were alive. Munching on it as if he were killing something. Often horses thought he was a dark yet he was a light. He had will power for fights and had never lost yet. Though he was loyal to those who respected him.
His deep sorrel body glazed itself in the afternoon hot summer's sun. His back was sweating though he knew no one would be able to tell since his sorrel coloring hid the sweat. His flaxen mane flew through the air. Swishing his tail he chuckled deeply to himself, gazing into the young fae's deep eyes.

a . kkan i’ll carry you back to your grave, where you and i will always stay. i close the casket it gets dark, they’ll find us in each other’s arms.
king of the desert x groom to none x sire to none
A gentle trot came from the stallion, as he tugged his mass of equine across the land. He hadn’t been here often. He wasn’t one to pluck mares from the bachelorette grounds, when if they wanted to see him, or to seek a home, they’d come to him. And so far, that wasn’t the greatest thing to do, since, well, he didn’t have any one. Come to think of it – it was true. He had no one to reside in his lands, nobody wanted to home them selves at the desert. It was just heat, and little source of food. But that was no excuse. When his uncle Windago had those lands, there were plenty of mares there. It was all Akkan’s fault.
Yet, he found himself here any way. Perhaps a desperate attempt to confirm that just nobody was here, there weren’t any lone mares, and then he’d be able to sleep at night with out feeling guilty.
As hoovens hit the water’s edge, he took a moment to sweep gaze over his complexion. The boring, broad, ebon complexion of his. Nothing different from any other steed here. Except he had the faint dapples on his rump from Appaloosa lines, and the featherless stilts, also from Appaloosa lines. Lips touched the surface, and rippled formed around his skull as he inhaled large mouth fulls of water, enjoying every sip. He’d adapted to the heat, and the lack of water, and the lack of food. But to be surrounding in a place to plentiful of that, it helped clear his anxiety.
‘A stallion without a fae. Without a home. My you are stunning...’ How rude. Fae? Female’s had names, and there’s no need for advertising loneliness, and there’s definitely no need for expressing how lovely she may seem. Sudden angered emotions that followed the speech he herd, it perked his curiosity. Lifting jaws from the pool, coral lapped up the beads of liquid rolling off his kissers, eyeing the auburn stallion a little way away from him, and the Palomino beauty in front of him. A frown dotted his forehead for a moment.
He stayed silent, harks pinned forward, listening to the speech that was thrown between them, the femme was yet to answer. So perhaps she was a little frightened, if Akkan was in her shoes, he would be. It was…creepy. The interested expression plastered upon the stag’s mask intimidated him – the desire to please the opposite sex, to make him feel better about him self inside, made him step forward, and butt into the conversation he just killed.
“Excuse me – that’s rude.”
As soon as word erupted from his vocals, he immediately regretted it. Stepping back upon the water’s edge, auds pinned to his skull in submission. Even though he was much larger then the sorrel steed, he was a lot smaller inside. Ebon mass of pathetic stallion shivered in fear for a moment, before being able to replace his sentence with an apology.
“...sorry.”

Her ears that were flickering followed the sounds of her own voice around the open lands around her, she listened as they carried off into the other lands and she stood still, awaiting, maybe an answer for another equine, also listening for danger that she might have called upon herself. Her ears flickered and as she began to relax memories of her old herd came back to her. The way the other mares used to look upon her, and her mother, who had gone insane to an angery point. The mares would always regret looking down upon her baby, being her mothers fifth and last foal she was protected by her sisters when hermother began to anger. Her mother never took it out upon her dear ones, that was something she seemed to remember when these rage black outs came and drove her insane. The mare would thrash out and attack anyone around her. The mares would turn back their ears to Summer, and swish their tails, she had always been the outcast and only her two sisters would care for her, her brother, a stunning colt often taunted the herds stallion, he always remembered his family and even with his own mares he did return, though it would be impossible for Summetime to follow him, she would not have a life there.
Her thoughts quickly flickered back to reality as she heard some hooves behind her, ears turned backwards quickly and head swung 'round upon her neck and she watched as a sorrel steed began to approach, she turned, side on. Ears were back though twisted to catch his words. The steed was larger than herself, he would surely be stronger, she didn't want to fall down here like she had done back home. She had no where to call home but she wasn't one to be brought down like that. She had much more of her own mind to let memories break her down.
As the steed spoke of his loniless and hers, she sort of gave sympathy out to him, she knew how it was to feel that way, and she did want company but she wasn't sure if she wanted a herd just yet. Maybe to reside along side a lone stallion, or be along side a small harem. Not a full herd.
"Hello."
She was simply said, she never drawned on in conversation, she kenw how that felt and my wasn't it boring. She was always one to treat someone as she would like to be treated. This was often fairly and nicely. She wouldn't like someone to be rude on greeting or nasty in company. Her auds flickered as she heard more steps and another voice. The mare had been so focused upon the steed that she had never seen the ebon one close by. Her entire body swung around, two steeds surrounded her, any mare in her right mind would be timid now. She was a mre who new what stallions were like, none were rarely nice when there was compition. She contemplated just running away and hoping she'd loose them both.
She heard the others words and she looked upon him with her hazel eyes, and they watched him as he seemed to back off, a larger steed seemed to be timid of a smaller one. He should use his power and his size to dominate all others, so why didn't he. She was sure with a simple fight and threats or a kick the other steed would be beaten, but then again who was she to judge. Her tail whipped against her rump to make the pests fly away, though they tried to return.
"Um, its fine."
She didn't really know what to say or what to do, so she flickered her auds back, and as she walked past the two they pinned against her skull, like any other equine would do and her rump hired just incase one decided to try something so they would find her legs in their face. She took a brisk trot to leave them, until she got a far distance away though they were in clear sight, she had her attire facing them, and she lowered her head under the shade of the tree to graze upon the shoots of grass that grew from the spoil. Her tail swaying freely to warn the flys away, her ears still listening for any which may approach. Like any other horse she didn't like being surrounded, especially by stallions. [/color]

What had he done wrong? He told her how stunning she looked as she was but perhaps this other ebony stag had something to do with it. He walked over to him briskly and whispered into his auds. Back off stallion. Rude? Rude to admire her. I got here first go back. he turned and trotted over to where the golden mare was standing. He faced her and smiled. She needn't be afraid he wouldn't ever hurt a mare ever though perhaps a stallion though that was different.
Shy?[/b[ he whispered making sure the other stallion couldn't hear. He bent his neck and snatched some more grass. Chewing it softly. He liked her. She seemed to be a hard-to-get type mare. And that was something he liked. Don't worry, i won't hurt you he said smiling. So what if he gave in to beautiful mares, nothing to be ashamed of he thought.
He turned slightly facing the black stallion. Orbs shooting him a back off warning. He would not fight infront of the mare unless necessary but if the ebony stallion didn't back off soon he might be forced to

Truthfully, the mare wanted neither to follow. She was okay by herself, and far more okay by herself if they were going to fight. No, there was no need to cause trouble where it wasn't needed, and only she knew there was no point in fighting over a deranged mare like herself. She didn't know if it was the stress of the two approaching so suddenly back down at the waterhole or how the two had reacted but her rump began to twitch and the mare snorted.
She didn't want none to come to her, so when she heard the approach of the sorrel stallion and her ears pinned against her head, no, she didn't need anyone around, a stranger, no. She could feel what was happening, would this stallion beat her for what she was about to do? Over act to something he knew nothing about and make her suffering for the suffering she was doing already? Her back hind stamped, no, it was not a threat though he probably would not read it that way. Her neck lowered and she lunged side-ways. The tree becoming her only barrier as her back legs shot out and thrashed against it, turning into what tame horses would know as a bucking bronc.
The mares mane and tail flew with her actions, all four legs left the ground at somepoint during the fit. It was like a black-out excitement. She couldn't control the actions which she did, she was just thankful she hadn't got the rage black outs her mother had done. Her body swung around and suddenly she stopped. Her muzzle falling low to the ground as her nostrils flared to take in as much oxygen to repay what she had lost. Her chest heaving with pain to take in the clear air so she did not pass out in the head rush.
The mare looked up to the stallion, her tail held out. She was not set for a fight, though she was not set to be accepted by just one that came and tried to persuade her. The mare's body shook from nose to tip of the tail as she ridded her body of any dust, flys and sweat that had formed during her outbreak.
A snort came from the mare and she lifted her head back up, her ears flickering forward to the stallion. Her eyes watching the ebon one in the background before she turned back to the sorrel and her mane shook freely.
She didn't speak, for she remained silent, recovering from the previous moment.

He exhaled a relieved sigh, as the female trotted out of the scene, and away from the two stallions. He didn’t want to be caught in the middle of an awkward position. His frame relaxed, until he glanced towards the sorrel stag, who seemed very irritated in him. Breaths began to quicken, as he paced towards him. Orbs widened, as he lowered his skull in submission, backing away even more as hurtful words drifted his way. Back off stallion. Rude? Rude to admire her. I got here first go back. Auds pinned tightly to his skull, swallowing what ever liquid he had in his throat with a gulp.
“I – I…I”
The stag stuttered. Apparently, this ‘Dusk’ thought he was here to pick up the lady – when it was the complete opposite, really. He’d like to be able to say ‘My mum will come ‘n’ kick your ass if she hears about you talking to me like this! Respect authority, punk!’ Akkan say that? Pish posh. He’d never find those words in his life. Even mentioning his title would frighten him away, but Akkan wasn’t strong enough to do it. He was more then three hands taller then the stag, why couldn’t he collide hoovens with his skull?
As the steed backed off him self, and stalked the mare’s position, he exhaled that breath he kept in his throat for the moments he was spoken to. Looking back in his direction, the mare was almost as uneasy as he was, and didn’t look like she appreciated his company. Then it was done. Akkan would not stand to watch the femme unhappy.
Stepping forward, he winced aloud, scolding himself mentally, worse then before. Quickening to a trot, he watched as the fae bucked hind appendages, angering him more then before. What did ‘Dusk’ say to her? A frown burrowed across his forehead, coming between the mare, and the stallion, cringing, awaiting an attack.
“Hey! Leave her alone!”

I..I'm sorry Dusk admitted hoping he wasn't the cause. It wasn't true what she maybe thinking. He wasn't going to claim her unless there was love. He wanted to talk that was all. When she had the fit he felt for her, he really did. He cantered to where she was having it he whispered kind words unto her and tried to remain calm through the procedure. When it was over he whispered to her. Are you ok. That must've been frightening. Look i'm not here to take you away. I wonder alone always or nearly always have. I'm here looking for someone to talk to. Perhaps even a soul mate. Look i just want to talk she then stepped away hoping there would not be a repeat of what happened.
He wanted the other stag to go. To leave them alone to talk. He wasn't doing anything wrong. If so he didn't know what he had done. He was here to help her with the problems she obviously and sadly had. Not to harm her or take her away. He walked back 3 metres to give her space. Didn't talk just out down his head to eat a shiny red apple. By the taste it was a pink lady, mmm his favourite.
He wanted the mare to try one and see how good it was. He wouldn't force her to eat it though. No of course he wouldn't. He rolled one to her. It landed a few centremetres away from her legs. He looked up and smiled. See it was harmless. He was harmless.

As the stallion approached she backed off, her body language clearly describing the fact she didn't want no one too close to her. To give her space. This whole nice act was nice, but it wasn't what she was used to. She didn't truthfully need it. She stayed silent, watching him. Deep chocolate hazel eyes focused on him until she was sure he was no threat and she let her neck lift higher as she took in his appearance and watched as the mighty black stallion came over.
.Whoops.
Thats all she could think, she watched, hesitant on what she should really do. Truth be told she did just want to leg it now and go hide. She watched, her ears to the sides, her back legs danced slightly as she watched as he approached, her eyes flickering between the two stallions. She had to fight herself if it came down to two stallions fighting, it was a natural instinct.
Her muzzle went hellwards and her entire stomach rumbled as she nickered loudly, lifting her head up and watching the two. It would be amusing on one hand to have two fighting over her, and she felt slightly ego boosted, though she really didn't need that, she wasn't a stallion though it did indeed raise her confidence. She could see herself growing as a great mare in the future, yet she was still young. She would be turning four in a few short months just as the autumn came upon them, she still wanted to play fight, canter around and have fun. She wanted friends, not to be glued somewhere, she was often named for being as wild as she was.
"Oh, Look, he's bigger than you, don't fight!"
Thats about all the mare could reason, thats all she could see but by his body language he wasn't confident though she was sure he could pack a kick or two and real ones too. She looked upon the arabian and she snorted, her head shaking as the apple came towards her and she skittered to the side before sending him a look of plain annoyance for doing so. She'd never been one to see things like this, she had lived on the other side of the canyon, a few trees, long grass and rough terrian. Joyess fruits like these had never been available.
Her fore hoof rise and fell as she stamped on the ground as she watched the ebon stallion approach, there is barely anything she could do now.

He snorted lightly under his breath, how can you blame him for being disgusted in such desperation for a mate, when he was Aurora’s son? You couldn’t. That was his excuse for everything. We watched, chest lifting and lowering, choking on his own fear, awaiting the stag to get so fed up, that he’d hurt him. But there was a risk that if he left, which is what he wanted to do, the mare would be hurt anyway, and Akkan being Akkan, was not going to take that chance.
Gaze darted from one equine to the other, watching as the femme shot dirty looks towards the steed. He’d laugh, if he was in a better mood. He was terrified, even though he could use his energy to kick, bite, or even push. He was a lot larger, then he was, as the mare already stated. He watched her for a moment, before watching her paw at the ground in discomfort. He really should leave. She didn’t want him here. And it made him feel awful being here.
Switching back to the stallion, jaw hung open, searching for words to follow after it, but didn’t find any. His stance remained stiff, as his awaited some sort of motion between the two, limbs twitching ready to flee if he needed too.
