GRIFFIN "Griff" "Griffy" ____________________________________
AGE five
GENDER mare
PERSONALITY Griffin is a very solitary horse. She knows it's better to be in a herd than alone, so she is fine with joining one. However, she prefers to be off alone, because she is perfectly capable of taking care of herself. Ever since she was a filly, she has been very independent. She absolutely hates being bossed around, whether the figure doing so is above her in authority or not. If they are higher in authority, she is more tolerant of it, but it still irritates her. If someone who has no authority over her tries to boss her around, she will not tolerate it at all and most likely lash out. Before she does lash out, she gives verbal warnings; usually, it's only one strike and you're out. Other than all that, she is fairly nice, but somewhat socially awkward since she isolates herself so much.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION Griffin is a dapple grey Andalusian. She has a darker mane and tail and dark points on her legs. She has very elegant movement, but is also strongly built. Her head isn't necessarily beautifully sculpted, but it's not overly huge either. She has a thick mane and tail, strong legs and hind quarters. She stands at sixteen hands, which isn't too tall or too small either. picture, picture
HISTORY Griffin was born into an extremely large herd. It was overwhelmingly large for even her mother, who was just another mare in the herd. As soon as Griffin was three years old, she fought her way to the top and became lead mare for about six months. She was then spontaneously kicked out of the herd by the lead stallion. There was no reason as to why, but she didn't question it. She found her way into Night Sky as she turned five and decided to stay.
