ADRIANNA ____________________________________
AGE Four
GENDER Vixen
PERSONALITY Vanity - Adrianna, truthfully, is possibly one of the most beautiful and conformationally correct equines in the entire region. Even the most prudent creature can admit to that. She has lived her entire life with equines and humans alike faltering in their stride, simply because she walked by. This type of treatment has inflated her self esteem, self confidence, and ego alike. Adrianna is extremely comfortable in her own skin. She has figured out that it is a wonderful thing how people will so avidly listen and pay attention to someone just because they are a part of some elite group of creatures on this earth graced with looks such as hers. Or, at least, this is how she has it figured in her mind. While she may be vane, she is humble as well; she often looks at other equines and silently thanks the lord she was this blessed. See? She's thankful. Narcissistic - See Vanity. Self Absorbed - She often finds it hard to sit around and listen to others problems, when her problems are so obviously far more superior. Despite that, she tries to be as understanding as she can for those less fortunate in the looks department. Because I mean, you know, she wouldn't want to come off as a bitch or anything. Affectionate - Once you get past her haughty, over confident exterior, Adrianna truly is extremely affectionate. I'm not sure if she could ever devote herself to a stag that she thought wasn't as gorgeous as she believes herself to be, but once she does overcome that small obstacle, her mate will find that she is the most wonderful lover he could ask for. Gregarious - She is exceptionally socialable, and flourishes in large groups or herds. One may assume that this is because of the fact that when in larger groups she often effortlessly finds herself as the center of attention. Intelligent - She may be notably intelligent, but she will rarely show it. She gave up on showing her mental strength when she realized she could get things so much easier by simply being beautiful. While she doesn't show it outwardly, a peek into Adrianna's mind could by quite staggering for some individuals. She analyzes things extremely fast, covering all bases within seconds and coming to well thought out conclusions. Every move she makes is well calculated and with a purpose. Brazen - Adrianna often speaks her mind blatantly, and can be very bold. In the eyes of a stag seeking a demure, quiet little vixen, this can be seen as a negative trait. However, her quick thinking and little fear of speaking her mind puts her in the correct state of mind to be in a state of authority. Libidinous - Her mere walk is enough to put any other mare to shame. The way she carries her head high and confident gives her a regal air. These simple traits lead way to her natural sensual nature. While she does have dignity--she's not about to breed with a stallion that isn't her lead stallion or her mate--the mere way she presents her self is enough to elicit desire in any stag nearby, whether he wants to admit it or not. Short Attention-span - When she finally settles down with a stag, he will probably need to work at keeping her attention focused on him. Otherwise, no matter how much she deeply wants to live a happy life with one stallion, she will find her mind wandering to other stags. How can she not at least mentally explore her options, what with stallions very nearly throwing themselves at her? It's only a matter of time before she get's tangled into some torried love triangle, and who know's if she'd be able to sweet talk her way out of that one.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION Some would describe Adrianna's appearance as ethereal. When she walks within vincity of other beings, heads turn to unabashedly gaze at her, taking in the lean, distinctly feminine form she beholds. Long, slender legs support a lean barrel and a curvacious, smooth muscled flank. A straight, even topline gently transition into sloping shoulders, which extend off into a hooky arabian-esque neck arching off into a delicately sculpted skull which lead down to silken paper thin flared nostrils upon her delicate muzzle. Her thin, sleek coat shines with a chestnut glow, a blaze running straight down her forehead and tip off a few inches above her mouth. Her chestnut mane and tail, while long, are not ridiculously so; simply long enough to be elegant but short enough to not be a nuisance.
Her mother was a halter-type/racing-type tall, refined Quarter horse. The most obvious traits of this lineage is mainly her hieght, as she stands at a good sixteen hands high, and her supple muscled chest along with her round curved flank. Adrianna inherited her fathers refined build, as he was a purebred Morgan breeding stallion renowned for his in-hand showing as well as his spectacular conformation.
HISTORY Adrianna has lived a simple life. No terrible dramatic separations from her loved ones, no horrific deaths. Her mother, a very successful halter horse, was her humans prized possession. While her dam was exceptionally well put together, Adrianna got most of her delicately refined build from her father, a prize-winning Morgan stallion renowned for his near perfect conformation. The breeding of the two was by accident, as her father's human would never in the right mind crossbreed a quarter horse, no matter how gorgeous, to his wonderfully purebred champion Morgan. Long story short, it had been a simple case of two properties situated side by side with fencing dividing a pasture between the lands, a fence being down, and a mare in heat. No torried love affairs; oh no, this was not for love. The stallion knew little of love. All he knew was that his job was to stand around, look gorgeous, and make babies. He was merely doing his job, yes?
The way that Adrianna made it into the wild is simple was well. Her newly pregnant mother broke loose from her paddock, wondered too far, and didn't know the way back to the stables. Thus, Adrianna was born into this coastal region some equines she has encountered call "Night Sky."
