Sultania is a proud mare, who can be very stubborn. She is very sweet and compassionate to those in her heard. She is gentle and loves to be around the foals. She one day hopes to have her own young one. She is highly intelligent, and enjoys begin around others who are also this way. She has a high spirit, and believes herself to be the equal if not better than any stallion. It is because of this belief that she will not let just any stallion approach or get near her. They actually have to be something worthy in her eyes. She does have an extremely volatile temper on her, and can get mad very quickly, however she will get over it just as quickly. Because she is such a proud horse she will not apologize if her life depends on it. This can and has gotten her into trouble more than once.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

Standing at 15 hands even, Sultania is a finely sculpted mare with a finely sculpted wedge shaped head. She has a gracefully arched neck, and relatively long and level croup, with naturally high tail carriage.Sultania has a compact body and a short back. With strong dense bones and sound feet she was built for endurance. Sultania looks white, but she is actually gray. She has a dark muzzle, and dark areas around her eyes. Her mane and tail are both gray as well as her hooves which are a darker shade of gray.

HISTORY

Sultania was born in the middle of the night with a bright moon over head. It was this reason, that Sultania's mother always believed that she was more nocturnal than most. Sultana's heard was a group of fiery mares, that kept no company with stallions until it was time for breeding, and then the mares negotiated the arrangements.The taught the fillies to be just as good as the stallions, and would often drive out the young yearling colts, so there would be no competition for the young fillies.

So it went that this was the environment that Sultania grew up in, she grew proud and strong, she grew fast and would race the other fillies around their lands. Sultania was on nodding terms with her third year, when a famine struck her land. Faced with starvation and death, the heard sent the young mares out into the world.Armed with nothing but her intelligence and her ideals, Sultania has traveled the land, hoping to find herself a new heard.
