Night, a time of falsely reassuring darkness. Annora stood with her head bowed near a pile of stones, dreaming of the days she ran with her herd. She could still remember each and every one of them so vividly, and she nickered softly in her sleep. In her dream the ground shook beneath their hooves, and the sky seemed to quake as well.

Being a setimental horse and not so anti-social, as the other stallions he met, Ace bounded through the fields like he was walking on air. It was a life saver that the farmer had let him go. being as nice as he was, the old man couldn't have possibly fed his family plus his animals. What choice did he have? Surely he didn't want to sell them. So, he let them go free, except the cows. Ace rummaged through the tall grass, grazing as he went along.
The Fell raised and ear and then his head blinking at another horse just a few feet across from himself. He tilted his head some and lowered it back down, his cream white mane falling down over his face as he continued to graze, trying to keep hidden.

Annora woke from her dream and blinked, then stretched and rolled on the ground. "Aah, that's better," she said, getting back up and giving herself a good shake. She glanced over and saw the Fell stallion. She trotted over and nickered in a friendly manner. "I don't think I know you," she said, not unkindly. "Have you been here before?"

Ace picked his head up and stuttered trying to make the words come forth. "I-I-I haven't been here before..s-sorry.", he blinked at her swishing his tail. She was as pretty as any other mare he'd met, but lately since Ace had talked to Galadriel, he seemed less intented to talk to bigger horses. The fell quietly looked back down and took to grazing once more.
