Name: Moonlit Sweetbrier.
Age: Four years.
Breed: Gypsy Cob.
Lineage: They (his parents), too, were Gypsy Cobs.
Height: Fifteen point two hands.
Sex: Stallion.
Children: None to speak of.
Place of birth: Presently unknown.
Physical characteristics: A broad strip of stark white lies embossed across an even broader forehead, trailing off betwixt half-moon nostrils and stopping as a milky thread bent to those rubbery lips. Sombre complexion colours the rest of the stallion's face, other than a touch of coral pink to the square muzzle and the dull white smear running the length of his chin. The blaze rounds right at the base of a streaming, curly forelock, a forelock over three-and-a-half feet long. Said lock of hair is black in colour, and generally falls over his face, obscuring his kind, liquid eyes, his forehead and his left nostril from view. An exceedingly long mane sprawls gently over slightly arched neck of medium proportions. The mane is curly like the forelock, and is black with a strip of white strands to the fore on one side of the neck, and an array of white strands decks the other side of the neck on the mane, but black is still dominant. Left side of the neck is black, with snowy-hued splodges under the rim and pooling down by a sloped, deep-set shoulder. Right side of the neck is slashed with a splash of white, which lengthens down the muscle-blanketed wither, stretches down the foreleg, and opens out into a curved patch of white a few inches from the black underbelly. A shield of black runs from above his front knees to right under his head, tying up around the part behind his dark, pretty ears.
A midnight patch nestles by the curved patch of white on his right side, tumbling down onto the top front section of a hind leg and rounding off just before the croup and the edge of the right hindquarters. The strike of white which takes over wherever there is no black wends its seam down the left flank, its edges choppy and angling outwards like a triangle as it nears its pinnacle. Most of his left side is black, save for a vertical dip-shaped patch of white behind the shoulder.
Each leg is dipped in pure white, and where the black begins from there and on, the border is choppy and jagged. Many white feathers join from each knee, fanning out to conceal the solid hooves from view. Loudly boned, clean legs sit square underneath this creature's strong, supple frame. His chest is broad and deep, and his ribcage is like an ivory corset wherever it shows through the glistening, painted peltry. His hips are quite expansive in length, but his back is short and ropey with well-defined muscle and bone. The loins come in cleanly and tightly with the back, and masses of curled white spray out in an unfurled tail, a tail that drags along the ground nineteen inches from where it first touches upon the ground. He looks agile, a horse of slender profile and gracefulness. He is beautiful.
Personality: Because he's a brand new character, his personality is yet to be molded. He will be along the lines of flustered, particular, anxious yet enthusiastic, wide-eyed, brimming with restlessness, frail, feminine (for want of a better word) and maudlin.
Sample post: The sunlight was throwing watery swirls across the majestic creature’s hide, causing it to glisten and ripple. Hooves beat a steady rhythm, a four-beat motion, churning at the muddied soil and bringing up streamers of dust that snapped at his heels. Wrists folded at each scissor-snap step, the swimming mass of brimming white feathers like wide-set shirt cuffs, edging off from the bony wrists at a delicately accurate angle, and as he wended his way across the fen, his shadow threw a narrow, cold pool of darkness across the honey-coloured grasses.
