Soul
Son Of Denizen
A snort emitted flared nasels as the stallion trdged arcoss the dunes. Talons swept unevenly over the sands, his footsteps hesitant and slow. Banner whipped painted flanks of black and white, and bettle orbs stared out over the realm. Audes were low, just not so firm upon his scalp as he wished dearly to hear the sullen hoof beats of his newphew upon the beach. Gaze drfited over the horizon, searching for any equine that inhabited the lands. Nothing. A high pitched snort sounded behind him, and serpentine twisted uncomfortably to see his daughter following behind. She stuck to his heels after he parted with her mother, Black Rose, to search for Flamed Storm. The little white filly was sniffing the geo eagerly, tiny whipchord flicking joyfully at being in the lush, golden lands. Shire brute turned once more to try and seek out the horses of the Sandy Shores, yet the usual busy lands were deserted and empty. The mutt decided to search the other side, but before he did, he lifted his mug and called out to his mate. Unna
Daughter of Soul x Rose
Tiny white bodice shook upon the beach, staring out towards the sea. It seemed to huge, soempety, yet she knew, somehow, that it reeled with life. And death. She was sure of it. She sniffed inwards, the sea air billowing into her lungs, aswell as a few tiny molecules of sand, caushing her to snort loudly. She lifted her dial to watch as he father turned about to watch her, his usual smile gone from his kissers. Unna lowered her crest and forgot the lonely look her father held, and concentrated on a tiny crustation moving upon the dunes. Its sideways movements were cusious and jerky, Unna nudged it her her tiny maw, then bolted towards her father as a tiny claw snapped at her face.Soul felt a slight brush against his withers, and he turned once more to find Unna cowaring under his frame. A nervous smile was placed upon her maw, and she whinnied in glee as Soul returned the gesture. He watched as she ran, playing amongst the sands, his gaze shifting from the land to the sea, its tolling waves sweeping the realm in a rhythmic fashion. It soothed him, yet frightened him. Taking a few, eager steps towards the waters, Soul allowed its spray to brush his talons and soak up to his knees. The waters were dangerous, yet they were refreshing in the warm, summers day. Audes perked up, crest arhed, and the sullen beast gazed out to where his father and brother both pershed, the war was over, yet the scars remained upon the lands. And Soul finaly felt like he was part of the misery, yet he knew deep within that he was the cause. If Denizen hadnt loved his mother, BRyony, so much, he would never had raped her, thus he would never had been born, and Spirit and Tequilla would never have died.
Tequilla. It was his fault Tequilla Shores was dead, yet why, as he had loved his nephew dearly. His affections towards the stag had been moulded into a soft confection, a friendship, yet the training continued, the plan to rid him of his father. So they thought. Denizens plot had been cruel; have the fun of watching him die, or get the benefit of not having to fight Spirit himself. A win win situation, it had seemed to the dark lord at the time. But it hadnt, he had died, and Soul was glad of it. The two stags of the shored had sacrificed themselves to save thier families, though the bay brute never knew, Omen had corrupted him with lies, the beast within his soul. The tiny white filly hid under her fathers rump, the crab scuttled away into the sea. Unna looked up at her fathers bdocie and smiled, he smiled back. Whinnying in joy, she ran circled about her sire, then cantered away down the shorline, beliving him to be following. She ran as fast as she could, pillars thumping, chest heaving and maw open and panting in breath. She lept over a small puddle, stumbling slightly upon landing, snorting happily as she cleared the tiny length. She slowed, not longer hearing her fathers booming hoof beats. She panicked, for she could no longer see him. Darting her head in confusion, the sweet tempered creature stood, legs stiff with fear of ebing away from her sire, frame shaking and steam witting wide nasels.[/sup][/center]

The tender shade caresed his khaki bod, auds lazing to listen to the soft whispers of the palm fronds. A gull circled above him before it flew away to settle ont eh ground. Perhaps it had found a clam. The waves lulled the stag, pressing his warm belly against a soft coconut tree's bent stalk. Amber pools were dragged closed, maw in a soft smile.
His peace didn't last long. Suddenly, his gazers burst open, nare's opening. Snorting, he lurched from teh sahde, standing along the coast. The scent was weak, covered by the strong salt, but he heard the cries of the filly. Soon after, he heard the thunder of hooves, then he spotted the forms. Auds fell to his skull as he trotted towards them, head held high. He had little power in the lands, but more than the intruder. With a heavy snort, he arched his boa, flints rising high to his barreled chest.
Drift Wood screamed out in aggression at the other male, but noted the filly. He would not be rash with her about. Rarely did he propse to fight, let alone before a young-un. He haulted a safe pace away from the two, tramping the sands below him.
Suddenly, he caught scent of the sire. His auds dropped and his pools filled with a certain rage. Mock charging the Shire, his cords whipped his sides. Drift knew this was not Denizen, but he reeked of him. Swelling his chest, he pounded his flints upon the earth. What did the son of a murderer want here?
"What do you enter these lands for, brute?" He snarled.

x-When
Broken Dreams Queen of the shoresX Dam to Sienna
The Queen of the Shores had come a very long way. She had not always been a Queen, she had to work hard and had to bulid trust. She remembers the first day that she came to these shores, she was lonely, youngish too. Her pelt was not aged, and held a beautiful grey tint, almost what it is holding now, just more lively. She was a jinx, and was told that every single day of her life, and she hated it, it was never right to be alone. She needed to find love, and a family, and she did. x-You The black steed ran across the beach and she knew that her heart was sold. She smiled as she stared at the ocean and just memoriezed that day and kept pressing rewind in her head to re-live it. She then looked at her almost year old daughter and smiled too. She had grown up beautiful. Dreams then looked around and felt the loud noise of something...hooves? She knew they were not of her love's, they were much to heavy, she wondered....was the rumers true? She had arrived on this land just after the fight between the outlaws and the shores had ended, and then around a year later she came here. She wondered...moving through the beach, quickly and steadily. Nipping Sienna when she got out of place, this filly was learing to be a Queen. She was not to act up, like what she was doing now, flaing her dial around. Dreams stopped and looked at the steed standing not even a yard away, and she had no idea what to say....This stallion was who horses whispered about, and she was scared, keeping Sienna attached to her body, for she didn't trust this steed, not one bit. She reared and called to Storm...hoping that he would come. x-Mix Sienna Glory Princess of the ShoresX Daughter to King and Queen x-White She moved with the wind, going with the flow of everything. She was not a filly that really wanted to hear what her parents had to say. She liked to go wherever she was taken, and that was not the way her mother liked. Screw her then! She felt the nip and knew that her mother was getting aggrevated, and then she stopped bobbing her head around, or looking around, she then hit her mother hard when she stopped. The first thing that Sienna saw was the little filly..A friend. She hoped so, Sienna had only met Tsunami and their parents hated eachother, so that was never to work out. She wondered what her mother would think if she ran off to see that colt...o.O she could see it now, Dream's face getting angry and squsihed up..what a delight. That was Sienna's schedule...smile, Queen lessons, p.iss off her mom, just a daily thing in her mind. She began to walked towards the two, when her mother pulled her back They might be nice you know.... x-and I don't care if they are the nicest horses on the whole planet, island, in the universe, you do as I say!. Dream was getting annoyed with her daughter, and was trying to teach her to be kind and nice. She never knew what this was like, her mother and father were the lowest ranks, so she didn't get the love and attention that Sienna got from everyone. She then decided that she had waited long enough got Storm and began to approch the two, Sienna leading the way of course. Smiling as she tried to put on a good face and then said I am Broken Dreams...Queen of the shores, m'love will be here in a moment, but what is your name?. Like she didn't know, she then saw the cute white filly underneath the steed, hiding and said Hello..... She then looked at Seinna and the bowed to the steed in politness...where was Storm though? x-Pink Well...I guess we can go find out. When Sienna saw her mother move, she moved infront of her. She looked much like her father, except for a few markings upon the nose and the stockings. She smiled and bowed with her mother Hi! I am Sienna Glory..what is your blessing?. She may be almost a year, but she still acted like a newborn. Sienna loved to run and play, she was talking to the little white puff ball though, not the the steed, her mother can take care of him..she just wanted a friend...... x-You Dream then heard the voice of Drift, the stallion that had fallen in love with her madien. She heard the harsh words of the stallion and turned to him Drift, kinder please. He may have done something wrong in the past, but that was a long time ago..... She then friendly nuzzled the steed and looked around for her love...she then turnend to the newcomers and waited for an answer...

Soul
Son of Denizen
Mind swept over the past, when the truth was foretold as lies, when his father betrayed him, telling him things that were proves later to be false. All the lies, all the hate, all unneccisary. He snorted softly, turning to see where his daughter had got to. She was gone, her tiny hoof prints trailing away in the sands. He percked up, ready to follow the tracks, until a large brute padded along and accused him of tyrany, of being the son of a murdered. But was it truly his fault his mother had been raped?
He saw the stag charge, the the large shire bulk twisted to safety. He could fight, if the smaller stag wished, for he had learned for the master, from lord Denizen himself. He snorted angrily, about the face the brujo in battle, yet the sweet lyrics of a lqady echoed through his skull, softening him. He was never rude to a lady, not unless she was rude first.
"Your love, m'lady? Thats isnt Storm is it, for that is who I have come to seek out."
He sounded gruff, his voice was hoarse and unused. He sounded, and looked, like an invader, and being realted to the Outlaw king, probebly semeed ready to fight and kill the king to take over. But he wished only to apologise to the shores, his actions that bloody night were his fathers, being forced into it, almost killing a young chestnut by the name of Fall and wounding a palomino, her mother. Not to mention training Tequilla for hisfight to the death, disguised as Omen. For it was he, Soul, who had placed the mark upon his rump.
Unna
Daughter of Soul x Rose
She shuddered, he father was nowhere to be seen. She whinnied outwards, then spotted another filly in the distance. She reared and galloped nearer, the young vixes presance drew her towards the shire bulk of her father, and two others. A grey mare and a stag. She shyed back, afraid, stepping into the waters, audes back.
"Daddy, who are these horses?"
She asked, her timid voice quiet and shy.

./Black Rose ./Dam of Unna and Bryony ./Love of Soul Where were they? Soul and her daughters were gone! And she was panicked on being here alone. Yes, she was a large, powerful mare that stood 17 hh and had muscles that rippled over her bulking shire breeding, but she was fearful of what the herd would do with her. She had been here once before. When she had struck down a babe during the war of the Outlaws and the Shores equines. She had been an Outlaw. They wouldn't believe that she; Black Rose, one the mares of Denzien was consdered; good.
With a wild cry that echoed over the seas and sands, she galloped with the power and speed of a thousand horses down the stretch of sand. She past between two palm trees and continued to race. There was that patched steed! She could just barely make out the soft white hue of her daughter; Unna trailing at his side. With sigh of relief, she slowed to a trot. Her long banner lifted and waved in the wind. Her beautiful red roan hide shown in the sun. She was a beautiful mare, full of radiance. But she was taken.. By Soul. How she loved that steed!
Trotting to his side, she stopped at his hindquarters, taking note of the steed that whistled a sign of aggresion at her mate and child. Her family. Her large orbs glared feircly at the unknown steed. How dare he! This was her family; just like a puma over her kin, she covered Unna up in her boa and growled almost in her throat at the steed. She wanted no harm caused to her family, and she had come here in peace.
Nuzzling Soul's powerful siwen, she nickered softly. Then her orbs flew wide open again. Where was Bryony!? She gave a nervous whinny.
"Soul, where is Bryony?! I thought they both were with you!"
She said softly. Of course, he didn't need to be bothered with such problems right now. Hugging Unna close, she stepped away from him, giving him room. He needed to find peace between him and Storm, but she was worried and nervous as a cat on a hot tin roof. She scanned the horizen and let out a call for her other daughter. Hopefully she would come to her mother.

"Take a chill pill, Mom. I'm right here." Bryony said coolly, appearing suddenly across the sands, moving at a gentle trot. Her body wasn't the most streamlined thing, nor was it exactly light (even at such a young age), and so it was with some difficulty that she manouvered over the ever changing floor. But, like usual, she kept up a bitter flair that made it look as if she knew exactly what she was doing - even though she didn't.
She paid very little attention to the strange horses as she passed them, though she did regard the foal with a questionable look. It was sometimes difficult for her to understand that alot of other horses were a hell of alot smaller than her, even if she was still so young - and she still struggled to understand that there were alot of other families in the world, never mind her own.
Slowing down as she neared her parents, Bryony allowed her more lovely side to slip out as she whinnied gently and reached up to touch noses with her mother, grinning at her, before moving at a swift pace to twist around the forleg of her father and headbutt him playfully in the muscle (knowing full well it would cause him no pain). Following this, she passed a glance at her sister, Unna, and narrowed her eyes. With a glint of mischief in her eyes, she hissed soome words sideways at her. "Look out, Unna, the cavalry are out to get you." Pssh. Like she even knows what 'cavalry' means! She raised an eyebrow as the white filly wandered off, and she stuck out her tongue at her sisters retreating figure.
Bryony stood still for a moment, before backing out from beneath her father to wedge inbetween her parents (being quite picky in that way). Even then she found she had to keep shifting her weight, just to make sure that she didn't sink any further into the ground. She tilted her head a little to the side. Can this stuff swallow you?
Shaking her head with the absurdity of her own thoughts, she glanced up at Soul and nickered. "Dad, why did we have to come all the way out here?" She whined perfectly innocently. She had this way of being able to talk in a rather annoying way and still somehow get proper replies from her parents, and no harsh words whatsoever. Pretty much a bit of a brat, really, but she still had some morals.
Which was a lucky thing, really.
oocI hope I did a good job depicting her C: I always make a special effort to grasp the character the very first time I post with an adopted character :3[/sup][/blockquote]

Eyes still hard and angry, they left Soul's carcass. The crania swung to glance at Dreams, his queen. After a moment of listening to her words, he nodded. Stepping a pace back to show his apologies, he stood tall. Draft bodice well arched in pride, but he kept a note to lower it below the Lady's. Both gazers locked upon the stag's physique again, never leaving, never flinching. He had remained quiet, and Drift would stay so until a violent word was uttered.
That was his thought until he saw the approaching mare, the mistress of Soul. Like a fool, his jaws parted and he rose a mighty dagger to his breast. Black Rose? Truely? Drift Wood had assumed she fell with the Outlaws. She was second equine he met in the lands, and had a sort of, respect to her. Upon seeing her for the first time he thought of her as quite a beauty, but now she seemed like just another mare. But another mare he knew, and who almost held his fate. Drift recalled going to find Rose to join the Outlaws, when he watched her and Soul fall in love. The aggression vanished, why he was unsure, but he knew this mare and her steed meant no harm. Pacing forewards slightly he inclined his head in respect.
"Black Rose..." He said. "I doubt you remember me. I am Drift Wood. You nearly had me join the Outlaws with you and Denizen." He smiled, suddenly thankful for Soul. Had the two equines not fallen in love, well, he could easily have been dead. He turned his head to Soul. "And I apologize for earlier." (*dies for horible post*)
