Who knew that this mare would return? She was the dotted mare that looked like the Queen of the lands. She wasn't though, she was once the mate to Star and mother to Enchanted, both died on this island. Why had Whisper returned then? She missed her friends. Yes, she had friends, Windago who probably hated her right now for just leaving, but she was in so much pain here. So many memories were here and they were killing this mare to death. She swam in the deadly but calm ocean, and she looked around, and finally spotted her old home. She was so weak and tired from swimming. It had been a while since she did that. She smiled as she felt her dagger touch the sand benathe the waves and she stood up, slowly the water level lowered on her body. She finally touched the sand with no water. Nice hot sand, she was so tired though. She felt the sand sticking to her as she tried to get up, she was feeling a little better now.
She looked around and smiled, seeing everything the way it was before she left. When Star was still alive, she missed that stallion so much. She dreamed about him every night and she thought about him when ever she could, and how bad did it hurt? A thousand knifes stabbing Whisper was what the pain was like. She sighed and moved around, smiling as she saw the cave that Star had showed her, and this was also the last place that she saw her daughter, she wished she could cry so much. She couldn't though, and that sucked in this mare's mind. She moved away from the cave with the lighted waterfall, and saw a little brown speak swinging through the trees..Bananas. The monkey that lived here, she nuzzled it as it jumped onto her back and she kept on her voyage to anywhere and everywhere.
She entered the jungle part and saw everything, the leaves were in the same place as she remembered them, just sitting there and not doing anything. Time had stopped on this island and she was sad. She wanted to move on, and that was exactly what she would do. She wondered who still resided on this island. Summer Oasis had to, she was the love of Windago. She smiled as Whisper thought of that dotted mare. Summer was the one that Whisper really wanted to know, more then anyone here besides the teddy bear. The Gentle Giant, the inky brute that she had fallen for, but now knew that she couldn't, and her love for him went out in the high tide when she left this island. She thought of that bitter-sweet mare; Aurora. She wondered who she had tortured when she left. She knew that she hated her, for Whisper came Aurora thought that she would Windago away from Oasis. She would never do that, and when she found Star; her love. Whisper's life was turned upside down and she was happy then ever.
Whisper had changed, not look wise. She was more happier now, she was more lively. She was sweeter and nicer...wait! Whisper had just not only lost a daughter but a mate, this opened her eyes to everything that she never thought of. Death could come at anytime, and she wanted to live life to the fullest before it crept up on her and grabbed her. She wanted to do everything before her time came. She smiled as she looked at the monkey on her back. She looked at the monkey, the island and then reared up and called to anyone. She knew who would come, and she wouldn't say it. She hoped that anyone that she loved, including Aurora would come...for she missed her friends. Her life was here as long as Windago allowed it...and she hoped he would...

Who was this walking so carefully along in the sand? The warm air of mid spring and the heat of the sun warmed the creature’s back like a sugar cake slowly baking in the oven. She, as it were, lifted her feet carefully to feel the cool sand around her ankles and let it trickle off like water droplets, only a few grains remaining. There was no wind. The ocean that stood before her and the mass that rose from it were only disrupted and battered by the very light caress of a current that must somehow be unable to reach the land where she stood. Perhaps it was magic that prevented it, but the still, eerie silence was blissful, perfect serenity. This was the reward of her kind, to know the wonder of silence and continuous noise, yet still be prone to challenge and life.
The young mare inclined her head to the side to observe the fat chunk of land that settled in the distance. So very far away it was indeed. The ocean was calm however, could she swim so far? Wary she took a few steps forward, curiosity compelling her, and dipped a hoof in until the fluid settled around her leg. However she suddenly jerked it back, hollering and sidestepping away. The water was quite a bit colder then she has suspected, what if she froze and sunk to the bottom before reaching her destination? This thought was exciting for her, what if she died? Making a quick decision she ran blindly towards the slow churning liquid until it licked her chest and she stumbled paddling forward and compensating for the currents’ choice of direction. Her coat became a dark auburn as fur and hair dance when it could.
The sluggish approaching shore was clearly in view, a place very similar to the shore she had just been on and the female soon felt her feet digging into wet sad. As she pulled her body from the water she gave a shake and glanced around. The thought now occurred to her that in the open as she now were was not an intelligent position in foreign lands. Her ears rose hurriedly as a sound erupted from the forest and she ducked down. How exciting! Compelled, she plodded off towards the sound and whatever may have made it, a friend or a foe, predator or prey.
OOC; It's a fine size. ^^ Hope you don't mind the intrusion of a foreigner.

The mare was looking around at everything. She wished time would would speed forward, so she couldn't think or remeber her past. She looked at Bananna and smiled. This monkey was Star's pet. This monkey meant the world to Whisper. She looked at him and smiled, nuzzling the little brown monkey, remebering the first time she saw him. Bananna had scared her to death, and she almost didn't stay here, but Star made it so much better in her life. She looked around and smiled and then listened for anything unusual. The sounds around her were those of when she was here. She heard the wind howling, sounded like it was a wolf claiming land. She knew that it wasn't a wolf claming, just g-d blowing a candle out. SHe looked around and sighed as Bananna heard another sound, he jumped off her back, she looked at him.
Bananna began to swing from tree to tree, till he stopped and looked for WHisper, who was galloping and following him. She found him, and he jumped back on her back. She saw the mare and smiled, nuzzling Bananna but staying where she was, looking through the trees to the mare. Her white pelt was visible. She was a dotted mare with beautiful voliet opticals, that looked black from afar. She looked at this mare, she looked nice. She could swim, Windago would like her hopefully. She came out of the forest. She wasn't a preadator, and she wasn't prey. She was a sweet, kind mare with a heart of gold is what some used to say. She looked at the mare with voliet opticals and she just smiled and looked up at the light blue sky. She saw the white clouds, making a heart. She sighed and looked around and then walked over to the mare. Her white pelt shimmered in the sun, and the black dots staining her pelt.
She moved across a small streatch of land. The sun had dried her pelt. Little droplets dropped from her threads and hit the sand, staining it darker. She then began to move closer and closer to the dot, till the mare was visible. She looked around and saw the dark ginger pelt. She looked at the mare and just smiled. She didn't know what to say, but the mare was a little imditating. She looked at the monkey on her back that had just jumped onto the unknown mare's back. She nickered to Bananna to come back to her, she didn't want the new mare to be scared. She smiled, and looked around for the other dotted mare known as Oasis. Or the bay, bittersweet mare named Auoura. Or the one that she had fallen for, "The Teddy Bear", or "The gentle Giant"...Windago. He must be old by now, and she still had a place in her heart for him, right next to Star and Enchament.
She then noticed that she had spaced off for a moment and looked at the mare and finally thought of what to say. She couldn't believe it took her this long to think of the dumbest, easiest thiing to say to a mare that she had just met, or anyone that she had just met. She nickered to Bananna who ran back into the jungle, she thought of bowing, but would be the same as groveling, so what if she just left, not saying anything; rude. She couldn't do that, finally her mind was pocessed and she spoke to the mare with kind, heart-felt, and caring words. Something so easy as her blessing 'Lo I am Whisper, former mare of the island. You are ma'dam she pawed at the sand create a little hole and if she could, she would smack herself for saying that. Ma'dam what is she french?. Whisper felt so stupid right now, but that was ok, she waited for th reply of the unknown mare
((Wow, TOTALLY out of muse..))

Now, walking towards unknown sounds might not be wise, but in this animal’s mind, it was pure brilliance. It didn’t take long for the speckled body of another mare to come into her view. With the salty sting of the air her nose seemed useless so she could not smell her, but the bizarre pattern of the creature was clearly visible as it contrasted against the foliage. She took a small step backwards, bowing her head to protect her neck, darker coloured eyes gazing upwards. More in curiosity then in contempt. For a few moments she just watched as the sun suck water off her coat and the light breeze— which could be felt out on the island while not on mainland— slid against her skin and blew sand into her bent face. Suddenly though, a swirl of movement bound at her settling onto her back.
Distraught, she called out in annoyance and jumped backwards feeling the weight leave her. What on earth was that! The other mare seemed to be content with it though as the mysterious creature scurried away and she observed her peer around. Waiting for something? Or someone? It occurred to this strange female that something might be a little ‘off’, or that the other inhabitants— as surely there were others— were dangerous and perhaps a bit psychotic. Especially if they associated themselves with the likes of gangly animals like the one which had so boldly sprung upon her.
Recomposing herself though she managed to catch the words of this stranger like a baseball player would catch a hit. What exactly did she mean by former mare? Did she no longer reside here and was visiting? Had she been a lead and her stallion defeated by another? Or had he dropped her for someone better? She snorted in her mind, that only happened with useless mares. Maybe it was that the order here was completely different from anything she’d ever know, and ‘former mare’ was a glorious title. This one enjoyed being pessimistic however, so chances are she was indeed useless. Still it was probably best not to judge just yet. She seemed friendly enough! “Um, Mesmerize Psychro. You don’t live here alone then? Do you?” Or maybe the island had been struck by plague and she was the last one alive, thus ‘former’ mare, of a ‘former’ tribe.
OOC; I know what you mean! Wow.

let it bleed if you feel like dying. you might want to say. ______________
Knowing that Windago was exposed, and that other mare’s only wanted to manipulate him in his fragile state right now – and all for that protected title of lead mare. It pissed her off, she couldn’t stress it enough how mad it made her, because she refused to share her friendship with Windago. She’d do any thing for him, and the only mare she respected, Oasis, she obviously proved how hard she’d try to protect her. If it wasn’t for Oasis to stop her, a stallion would’ve died on the isle. Windago stood as a father figure to her, as strange as it sounded, he did. But she didn’t see him as a father figure, he was the very first equine to take the time to greet her when she arrived all those years ago, so of course, she respected the stallion un like ever before. He should be flattered, actually.
She’d fended off dozens of horses from the island, who wants a bunch of whoose’s who squeal, and run away any way? They were to no use to the island if they were to get in a fight or any thing, and Aurora was not going to live her life on a weak territory. There fore, Aurora filtered the weaklings, from the stronger ones, or so you could say. Bitter sweet, what a perfect word to describe to mare. Sometimes she was nice, and then most times she was nasty. You either loved her, or hated her. There was no in-between. She tossed her dial, ridding split ends from her crown. She watched over the island with a superior gaze casted over the area, it took a second look to realise it wasn’t Oasis, as she spotted yet another dappled horse.
Quickening her pace, auds perked upon her skull, listening intently to the chirps the equine made to another horse across from her, a frown dotted her forehead for a moment, two newcomers to test. She rolled her eyes, and allowed stilts to swiftly swipe at the sands, carrying her bulk delicately down the dunes, until she reached the paler sands near the water’s edge. She slowed to a trot, as she neared the two with caution. Aurora never felt fear, to it was quite easy for her to just prance towards a couple of strangers. Inhaling the scent as she neared, she stared nastily down her nose at the spotted one, recognising her some how.
“You.”
Was all she spoke, studying the mare. Orbs ran over her, studying every feature in her figure, until it landed on the chocolate monkey seated on her back. Hah, it was that chimp Aurora had abused that one time. Returning gaze to her eyes, she briefly turned towards the unknown one, before looking back towards Whisper.
“I thought you died with that stag of yours. Star.”
Nasals flared in disgust, making it clear on how ‘over joyed’ she was on Whisper’s return. She was just as bad as Dreamer, every mare was. Just about, any way. She ignored the dotted one, not bothering on waiting a reply as she spun her gaze around to the nameless mare. She knew her from some where.
“Who’re you? What are you doin’ here?”
Aurora very bluntly asked. Aurora was far from shy, and a lot envied her for that. Her grammar was also atrocious, but she found no need to correct it. She continued to stare down her nose at both mares, their replies worthless to her.
[ooc: hope you don't mind Aurora dropping by. We're all one happy family, aren't we? ;D Sorry it's a bad post, I'm tired.]

The dappled maiden emerged from the thicket, chassi gliding silently over the golden grains. It seemed quiet enough, maybe this time Aurora would not notice the Appaloosa slip from the isle, from the lives of those Oasis had hurt. The list seemed endless, and the guilt was gnawing at the dove, pushing her futher and futher from her home. Oasis deserved to be alone.
Pitts narrowed against the glare of the sun after the shaded emerald woodlands, and so it took another few dagger-steps before noticing the small gathering 'pon the sands. Her gait faltered, considering her options, until sigh escaped her flanks as she noticed the crimson streak of Aurora. It seemed the vixen could keep her promise about refusing Oasis her leave, at least a bit longer anyhow. The dappled femmora steered from her path into the rippling icy waves, instead turning to the group. Nares sorted the scent particles, all mares, good....she would continue. Pistons lazily picked up a faster gait, curiosity tugging Oasis closer, and Aurora was there. A familiar face to lighten the pain.
Polka dot bod slowed, dial dipped once and melodies slipped automatically from labrums
Good day. I be....
Chords stopped abrubtly, as Oasis realised she was about to let Queen of these lands slip next into the silent air. Which of course was now false. Crown shook, sending creamy tassles array, she really needed to leave quick. She was begining to slip back into old habits, into the ancient past. Oasis refused to give in that easily, to let Windago push her to her knees, where he wanted her. That would be easier done if she could leave, emerald gaze glanced to Aurora beside her with a soft snort, the flame-kissed minx being the sole reason she remained. As in a prisoner in her former kingdom. Though in many ways t'was comforting to know that at least Aurora was trying, making an effort. Windago had not made an effort to find her, but at least Aurora was making an effort to keep her. The dappled maiden knew that if she left, nothing would ever get resolved, and she would most likely end up alone and miserable forever. She may belive that was all she deserved, but her closest friend was not giving up on her. That was what friends were for. And Aurora was helping Oasis in true Aurora-fasion. No mamby pamby reasoning, nor begging, nor even threats. Just brute force. An Appaloosa was no match for the Thoroughbred Arabian cross.
Oasis finished her sentence, directing her vocals to the new fea, the dappled one looking famliar
Oasis
Gaze turned with furrowed brow back to the Appaloosa, the fea looking familiar. At the sight of the small primate nestled 'pon the other's back, it all came back to Oasis in a blur of various spectrums. One dubbance echoing about cranium. Star Spine shivered, Star had hated Oasis for being so weak, and the former Queen had feared and loathed in return. She wondered where the beast now was, and thorns flicked uneasily, as if expecting him to appear from the woodlands in a blinding rage. News of his death had not yet reached her auds, Oasis had been drivon from the island long ago, and any news of here cut off from her knowledge.
But a new being, emerald pools landed 'pon the fea with a soft smile. Bod was lithe, the other was young, but now Oasis was hardly a spring chicken. Tiara dipped once more, the dame might be a resident whom Oasis had not yet met, but the stance of Aurora was familiar to the Appaloosa, seen many times before. The strong superior glare that all unfamiliar equines were graced with when they stumbled here. Talk about rolling out the welcome mat. But t'was comforting to know that there would only be trusting equines to be allowed in this herd, if they were fine by Aurora, they were fine by Oasis. Apart from stallions of course.
Talons stood silent, simply observing and letting the motions about her distract her from the emotional turmoil that swam painfully about her gut in constant grinding circles.

She knew who was coming, when she heard the hoof beats after listening to the mare's lyrics. She thought about that name, her mother told her about that name. She poke to the dark ginger colored mare and said Doesn't that mean fear of something? No, I used to reside here....and I hope to still live here. she looked around, but when she heard the lyrics of the bittersweet mare of Aurora, her mind went into a blank and she sighed. turning around and saw her worst enemy. She put her head in the air and looked to the clouds and sighed, nickering to Star. She looked at the mean mare, she wasn't bitter sweet at all, she was just a bitch. She turned to the chestnut mare and rolled her eyes at her, she wasn't going to show any respect to this mare. Her heart began to race and she sighed, hearing the harsh lyrics, she pinned her auds to the mare and said Yeah, great to see you again to Aurora.I am still here, I thought you died with who.....oh wait, NO ONE! At least I had somebody that loved me.....all your mates left... She looked at her and was ready to just pull a battle on the mare. She looked at the two mares and sighed, she knew that nobody liked Star and that hurt...badly. No one knew him the way that she did, he was sweet and caring. He was attentive and loving and so romantic. He took her to a special place that only the two of them knew. She was in love, oh how she loved him.....
She looked at Aurora and just wanted to knock her on her ass and laugh at her, but she wouldn't do that, she would be mean verbally, but never physically. She then heard another rhythm of hoof beats coming there way. She looked around and smiled, then looked at the two mares, and pinned her auds at the bitch of a mare (no offense)) who was the rudest, meanest mare around. She was horrible, and hurtful. She was mean and with no emotions, she was so...o.O there was no way to describe her other then a bitch! She had no feeling, and sometimes Whisper wondered if Aurora was even horse, she was possessed by something, or by someone. Maybe who she worshipped...she sighed, but then smiled as she saw the mare with the matching pelt as hers, the Queen, or whatever she was. Rumor was it that Aurora was keeping her hostage in the land and not letting her go. How rude! Oasis wanted to be free and she couldn't do that because of her crazed lunatic "friend".
She lowered her dial in respect to the mare that was a mirror image of Whisper. She knew that Oasis and Star didn't get along, she knew that everybody hated him, and it hurt her to know that the sweetest mare on the isle besides Windago was hated. She wouldn't blame Star either,he had his father killed, and his future lands taken from him. She sighed and picked her tiara back up to the mare known as Oasis. She looked at Oasis and said It is a pleasure to see you again madam. Makes you happy Star is gone. He died swimming away... She wished that horses could cry, for she would cry the ocean. The wind howled around the isle, and Banana jumped onto Oasis's back, but Whisper nickered for him to leave, and so he jumped off and ran back into the forest that lied in the center of the isle. She looked around, and felt horrible about what she said to Aurora, she turned to her and said Aurora, I am very sorry. You just won't let anyone else into the isle. You want to keep it the original three..you are keeping YOUR best friend captive here to keep it the way it once was....look at Oasis. Tell me, don't you feel a little bad....and Oasis, i am sorry for everything Star did to you...truely I am.. She lowered her dial to the bittersweet mare and then turned and looked around her.
No body understood Star, nobody liked him for he was mean to others that were mean back to him, he was a sweet stallion at heart, Whisper wished that before he died, the others would've tried to be nicer and sweeter, and she wished that everything would go back to normal....
Return to normalcy

Mesmerize was a bit antsy at the moment, never one to just stand around and chatter away. She preferred to be doing something, whatever that something may be. Unfortunately at the present time no idea slipped into her mind and she could conceive no event that could entertain and enthrall. Maybe if she were psychic, she would know this was unnecessary.
“Erm, it is part of a word yes,” she said rather briefly deepening a shadow of furrow in her brow. “Hope—” The female was quickly interrupted when she could here the sounds of someone approaching, someone else lived here indeed. It was almost like a torrent the way this mare approached, and aura of authority was illuminating from her even in her simple use of language. Funny how one’s entrance could make such an impression. It could be related to a hurricane, it shed the same feeling of power when one stood in its awake fearing for their life and pondering if they were strong enough to battle out the storm. It was quickly becoming obvious how much these two must loathe one another, and Mesmerize thus giggled in her own mind. Hate was such a fickle concept.
Ears swiveled on her head as another was ready to make their presence known. She backed off to observe who it were, another spotted creature such as Whisper? Yes that was her name. Her entrance had a whole different type of emotion to it, lighter and more secure. Or perhaps that was because she hadn’t come on so strong that no kind of impression could be yet made. As the conversation progressed she noticed the history that entwined around the isle, ignoring that she was in fact addressed by this peculiar would-be hurricane. This Star character, she seemed to be in the center. Oh well. Perhaps she should interject now into this groveling. “Aw, repeating names is always such a pleasure,” she began rather sardonically, looking sideways for a moment. Maybe it was a trait, but Mesmerize preferred to ask the questions, and to often answer with one. “But do you really care who I am, or why I’m here? So, I’d say I’m the folk whose ‘reason for being’ you’d like to know. Now what you need to figure out, is what exactly to would like to do about that.”
OOC; Mes is a psuedo-intellectual, ph34r her. -coughs- Star reminds me of Santeisa (sp?), its times like these I think I should bring her back, but we'll just pretend that little weirdo ran away somewhere. XDD

‘At least I had someone that loved me.’ Those words ripped through Aurora like a blade. She could feel her self shatter at that point. Nobody ever loved Aurora. They all used her for what ever she could give at the time – and once they had drained every last drop of that out of her, they left her without any notice. That didn’t just apply for her numerous mates that disappeared without a trace, but she also referred it to all the equines she ever grew attached to. That’s probably the reason she clung so closely to Oasis and Windago, it was because she had nobody else. Glazed eyes strained to stare at the mare any longer, eyes twisted together, saying more words then speech it self. This was not a feeling Aurora felt very often, but thoughts of her past, and the fact that nobody did love her soon faded, as wicked plots broadened in her mind, fantasising on ways to torture the spiteful mare.
Interrupting her fragile, hurt state; was the approaching dove. Ah, Oasis. She made every thing better, didn’t she? And not a hint of sarcasm attached. She turned her dial, and greeted her with a high pitch snort in return, before auds twisted towards the unfamiliar one. She spoke such, strange words. Words that did not normally come to Aurora, but she paid no interest. She was more stunned at the sudden change in Whisper’s character, she was very much the quieter one, the one Aurora stepped on, that was the way she proffered her horse, but, if they were going to be stubborn, Aurora would just have to teach them a lesson, and she did not hesitate to do so. Perhaps the newer creature would be written in Aurora’s good books, she seemed to have collected her self finely, and she didn’t give off that vibe that annoyed her so, perhaps she’d grow to respect her.
Sure, Whisper has easily stepped over the line before, by mentioning such a sore subject, and a hint of jealousy crossed her eyes as attention diverted to Whisper as she brown nosed Oasis. Sorry? Sorry? What a load of bull shit. Aurora knew that it made Whisper’s day standing up to her, but nobody got away with that. Not even the strongest, most intimidating horses could. Because Aurora wouldn’t let them. ‘You are keeping YOUR best friend captive here to keep it the way it once was....look at Oasis. Tell me, don't you feel a little bad?’ A normal sensation ran through her chest. That burning, angry feeling that gave Aurora the energy to run miles on end. Dentals clashed together, pushing her teeth together in wrath. She held her skull higher then Whisper, it was one thing to stab at an open wound, and it was another to attempt o show authority to her, but it was the last straw to tell Aurora what to do, and lecture her about she knows NOTHING about.
She inhaled a deep breath, muscles twitched beneath her pelt, she sprung forth towards Whisper, slipping between the unfamiliar horse, and Oasis, colliding with the hated dappled fae, and pushing her breast against hers. She allowed an angered roar erupt from her voice box, as daggers stabbed at the female, hitting her or not, Aurora hardly noticed, blinded by her utter anger. More irritated then she has ever been before. Dentals bared, and nipping violently at the mare where ever she could reach; as nasty words left her jaws.
“Fuck you!”

.colburn.There was tension in the air like a quiver of a bow once the arrow had left the string, vibrating. His auds pricked slightly in annoyance as he heard the sun-kissed fae, which had beat him down into obedience to her talons, let her rough flowng curse of breath slide out of her maw. Fuck you.. Good figure of speech if you wished to get across to someone.
He growled softly as he slided next to her, his powerful Appy bodice beside hers. He glanced at this powerful queen, whom had spared his life. His dark orbs held respect, but there was a lingering darkness that spelled 'hate' to the other dotted mare, [one he had never seen] which the sun-kissed fae had flung powerful words of despise to. He large frame towered over the new appy. There were so many poka-dotted horses. He only wondered whom was his mother, his orbs suddenly landing on the poka-dotted mare that had spared his live when he last met the two. He flashed a small grin to her, there was something deep in him, like a burning flush of..recognition. He glanced away, afraid of the sudden rush of deep wondering.
He barely glanced at the other fae, but his dark orbs glared at the new appy that pissed his queen off. Flipping his small tassels on his powerful boa, he spoke in deep tones, ones of his father's powerful vocals.
"Do you cause harm to thy queen? If so, leave these isles, fae.
The last words rolled off his tongue, he longed to curse her away, but his manners must be kept. He glanced at the fellow mare beside her, he acknownledged her, but ignored her. He glanced out of the corner of his eye at the familar appy mare, one known as Oasis.[/sub][/sup] [No Muse, Winny will come later, maybe.]

Harks flicked at the strange Appaloosa fea's lyrics, astonished to hear her mate had passed away. Not release, nor joy, but shame that a life be abrubtly ended. And another's heart broken. No being deserved to die, and Oasis hung dial towards Whisper to show her feeling were sincere, and not of joy. As the dotted vix continued in her line of attack against Aurora, weak and useless really, when you think of how easily Aurora can squash you like a bug. Sinew tensed, in anticipation of a rebuke between the crimson streak and splattered femme.
Harks twisted to take in the riddle's of the younder quiet mare. Mind concentrating too much 'pon Aurora to translate the enscription. If the crown of the isle was still placed 'pon her dial, then Oasis would have asked. But as it was, t'was Windago's job to unravel fea's that only emerged to be different, demanding, and rather difficult to tread round.
Daggers retreated a few paces backwards 'pon the golden grains as the beats of a stallion resounded about her audits. Until the Appy brujo appeared in the gathering. Another physique of spots, her own dots were not unique any more. Oasis had quite liked her breedage, t'was the only thing that made her different, something to proud of. Now all she could see were rows and rows of irregular black spots. A sea of Dalmations. As the demon clashed chasms with her own, harks withdrew into creamy locks, and emerald voids were pulled sharply away. Still afraid of the answers.
His baritones confused the dove, obviously he was not talking about herself, as her role of Queen had been given up. Then who? Aurora? What a delightful concept.
Line of thought was pulled sharply back to the flame-kissed streak that launched past her bod, the attack had now become pysical. With of course a few choice words as accompaniment. A whicker of despair and as a coax for Aurora to pour water 'pon her temper left her labrums. But knew t'would come to no avail. Pistons suddenly launched forth, she wished not to see crimson stain the grains of gold this day. From either of the beings. Oasis had underestimated her own power, and pillars had pushed bodice faster than anticipated, inline with where collision was taking place between Aurora and Whisper, and nape was thrust against the crimson one's crest in an attempt to divert the minx from her path. Yet in her own rushed attempt at seeking peace, pools could not witness every threat that whistled her way, and the flailing fore dagger of Aurora's left piston struck heavily 'pon the back of the dappled dove, slicing away a gash from the polka dot mare as Oasis's boa was still trying to be a barrier between those two of war. Oasis felt the collision at her right flank, an impact which caused hind right pillar to buckle with the heavy steel.
Daggers flitted backwards swiftly, knowing soon that pain would set in like a destructive tidal wave. T'was always that heartbeat of feeling nothing but numbness was the worst, and then sheer agony. It had been a daily part of Oasis's life, she was no stranger to mortal peril and gaping wounds. Pillars remained rigedly still, chanelling all energy into not falling, that would get sand amidst the wound, and not fleeing, that would waste energy. A whine trickled from layrnx as pools were set 'pon Aurora, she was not blaming the minx, the Appaloosa knew the dagger wasn't meant for her. T'was a whimper of forgivness. Emerald voids then squeezed shut, trying to think of anything but the feeling of a thousand razor sharp pins that were being stuck ruthlessly into bare flesh. Or that salt and vinegar were being rubbed in stinging particles into the open raw breathing wound. Fighting down the familiar churning in gut, akin to wanting to be sick. Flesh was hanging off the Appy's bodice, bone was almost visable peeking ivory from the mass of stringy tendons and gushing life-liquid. T'was a diagnal gash no less than 8 inches, sweeping downwards. Stretching from the loin to the top of the thigh, where a steel scythe had scraped down her bod in its path to the turf. But t'was Aurora's blind rage that had given its path vigour. A source of strength that did mean the weapon to cause harm, and not to just sail harmlessly back to earth. The wound almost hanging open 2 inches at the widest point.
The dove sucked in her breath, and kept voids shut. Not yet the strength to clean the wound at her flank, and hoping old bod was still supple enough for muzzle and tongue to reach where blood flowed. Her breathing had not got harder, and apart from the obvious wound, Oasis looked serene and at ease. Years and years of practise.(Sorry for the powerplay Pink hun I'll change it if you want.)

Like a movie he watched the sun kissed flame shoot forth, and the spotted dove as himself shoot forth to collide into. With a scream of agony, he too ran forth, watching in slow motion as the sun kissed flame sliced deep into the spotted dove, pushing past the dove that had first angered Aurora, he place his heavy bode between the two mares, and tended to the bleeding fae.
He watched with anger as blood poured, yet she didn't clean her own wound. He knew she was too weak, and like hot water pouring down his back, fury came to him like the devil. He didn't blame the sun kissed flame for the blood that was shead, no, this mysterious spotted dove that thought she could walk in and wreak havok among his queens was who he blamed.
With a scream of fury, he flung himself toward her, inches from baring down. He stopped. He wasn't going to beat a mare as he father had, no. With a grunt, he bared his fangs.
Leave.
He said. Turning back to the bleeding dove, he approached with a gentle nicker. Reaching back, he likced her wound. He had to clean it for she was at risk. Whether she liked it or not, his rather gentle tongue swiped away the blood and grim.[/sub] He approached with a small amble. He was getting old, and soon he would need a heir for the isle. With a wince he heard Aurora's cursing, and then they came into sight. He drew up short and blinked. There were so many mares around! Where had they all come from? Oh.. Wait. Oie, only two are new.. One he reconized with a wince.
With a grumble he aproached the scene, only to find the great stag that Aurora had tamed in a matter of seconds baring down on Whisper, comanding her to leave. Why? Why would he do that? He grimaced at the sight of blood on his love.
With an angry roar, he silenced them all.
"What is this blasphamy doing on my land of peace? Whisper, do you bring this upon us?"
He stared at her angrily, and glanced at the newcomer who seemed shoved aside. Bowing greatly to her with a great swish of his curly tassels, he welcomed her. Standing tall once more, the impression of a great stag of many years came over him.
"Welcome, newcomer. To the isle of peace..That is until a few moments ago.."
He glanced in the general direction of everyone else. He would apraoch Oasis, but the young steed was tending to her gently. He kept a sharp on them.
"What happened to my queen?"
He asked sharply.[/sub]

A scream broke her concentration, and lashes flew skywards with such speed she felt dizzy for a moment. Emerald voids first focused 'pon a great towering dotted beast, and pitts narrowed. For along with the pain, and the familiar stench of blood, she could have sworn she was in a time of years past.
Her breathing grew worringly harder, more bothered about the demon rather than the crimson that flowed from wound. Audits flicked backwards, and heart stopped as she noted the polka dot brujo suddenly lunge for the splattered newcomer. Was her efforts to be finally in vain anyway? But to her upmost surprise, the beast halted his attack, instead hissing his threat through lethal fangs. This hadn't helped at all. As usual, her attempt at keeping peace, from not causing pain, had gone horribly wrong. For they were all now glaring at someone to blame. Pistons attempted to hobble towards Whisper and Colburn, but the beast swivelled back, and to Oasis's shock, a quiet nicker accompanied his attempts at cleaning her gash. The fea pinned thorns ever tightly, and swung hind daggers away from the beast, labrums curling over enamels.
At the best of time, she was not one to trust a beast. But now, while pain clouded every sence, and her vunrability was high, she wanted that demon no where near her chassi. A squeal protruded from larynx, not urgent nor squealing, but warning. There was only one stag she would have let close enough for such a task.
Speak of such a thing, an inky physiqe glided suddenly from nowhere, and heart jumped into her mouth. At his thundering roar for sielnce, her dancing ended, flutes swivelling atop crown to listen. Wincing at his accusation against Whisper.
The dove weakly limped to Whisper's side, labrums trying to be strong, but pausing often to gasp for breath. She knew she must attend to her own bleeding wound, but her only concern now was the threats against the dappled newcomer
Nay....do not blame Whisper. T'was not her fault. True....her lyrics could have been...better chosen. But...whom honestly....can claim Aurora to be angelic....and Whisper was only testing her right....as an equine....to state her feelings.
Crown turned in confusion at Windago's mention to Queen's. Flicking automatically to check there was nothing wrong with Aurora. No. So...she? But she was no Queen. T'was confusing, every beast seemed to have their own version of the hierachy of this land, and neither were correct.
