No New Posts The Foaling Tree

Once a great and ancient oak, the Foaling Tree now lies broken in two. Long the ancestral sanctuary of wanderers, it has been known as a safe place for mares to give birth and for the weary to shelter from storms. Still surrounded by tall grass and comfortable hollows, evidence of this sanctuary remain.

Lush Fields
Bordering the north-eastern Deep Forest exists an endless meadow. Vivid green in the spring and gold in the autumn, the Lush Fields were relatively untouched by the cataclysm, with only the southernmost reaches flooded. The delicious, crisp grasses, said to taste of spring itself, still offer an abundant food source for the passing horse. Myth has it that it the meadows were once home to an outlaw band. Today, only whispers and tales remain, warning travellers of dangerous spirits, those of the fallen outlaws who roamed this land.
