Ebony stallion didn't even blink when the brute's teeth scraped his flesh. the place on his rump bled a little bit, but it was hardly noticable. Once again the stalion lashed out with his hind feet, aiming this time for the other stallion's face - the area around hie eyes and cheek. Since it was already injured another blow would surley break a bone. His hidn feet were sent at opposite angles, so either way Moon went, he would be foced to flinch into one or the other. For simply dramatic effect, ebony brute took the risk of venimously swatting his tail across the stallion's face just before he kicked out. Time was slowly begining to waste away, surely this brute did not have as much fighting stamina as he did, and would eventually tire. As far as exhaustion went for Denatice? The ardenaline rush was still only begining to surge through his veigns. and as long as his mind remained whirling, he knew it would remain. All to his advantage. He had done this too many times before .

When he felt his teeth scrap agianst the other stallion's skin he went to bite down harder before he raised his head up quickly and backed away. He knew what it would do to have a bone in his cheeck broken so he wouldn't chance another kick. He continued to back up farther away from the stallion and the edge. He knew that what he was doing was drawing the other stallion away from the edge along with also buying himself time to think. He looked down and then quickly raised up so that he was afew inches off the ground slinging rock and dust up at him. Freedom watched the other stallion while he was mentally laughing at how the attack he was usuing at the moment was alot like how he had used to play with others.

Dust meant nothing to him. As for the brute's tactic? nothing. Considering all that was behind the other stallion was a rocky slope, hey, why not. Slowly, almost menacingly, the brute merely walked to the other stallion.
" I am Vhetrial Denatice. I am Vinny stallion of the Rocky Mountain's unknowingly born son. And I bring nothing but vengance an wrath on your behalf."
With that Defenses were up with a snap, bodice curved slowly, tightening his defenses, and Boa arched, ready for attack. Brute picked up pace, stopping only just in time to not smash into the brute. As for the next move he left that for the unwise opponent, he was curious to see what he would do. sinew rippled throughout stallion's bodice, taught as ever, ready to react and deflect any move the other stallion might conjure up.

Freedom had stopped when Vhetrial began to walk towards him. When he heard the second part of what the stallion said Freedom almost shot his head up. Yet he refrained from it while he watched him. " Freedom Moon first born son of Vinny stallin of the Rocky Mountains and Midnight Moon simply mare of the Sandy Shores." He then looked over towards his half brother with surprise and alittle shock in his eyes. He didn't know how to react to this statement. Yes he had Cimeno for a half brother, yet this complete stranger who claimed to be of Vinny's line was closer to him in age. He looked towards him softly while then looking at the crescant moon marking that all of Vinny's children had over their eyes. He smiled softly before he lowered his head lightly in a small nodd before raising it back up lightly. He let out a small sigh while looking over his brother once more " I never thought that there was another of Vinny's line out in the world. After I came here when I was four years old he said that I was his only son. So I grew up thinking that there were no others. If you mind what happened that you haven't come sooner?"

Ebony brute would have thrown up in disgust at this..."stallion" had it been possible. From the tall tales of domesticated horses that the wild ones told were exactly as this brute portrayed himself. Innocent and witless. He acted as the tame 'its' did. Like a stallion unable to breed, a gelding. Friendly, and overexcenterric. Ears layed back, tight against skull. Boa arched, and tail clamped tight between his buttox. Gruff words were emitted and crackling vocals were clear.
"My past is naught any of buisness to you, stag."
Brute Lunged in a very unpredicted manner, from a standstill, a controlled, almost graceful movement, and propelling himself violently forward. Neck streached down, almost like he was going to drink, but when his front feet touched the ground, neck whipped straight upwards, flinging head upwards slightly, exposing teeth to the tender part of Moon's neck. The second hind feet reconnected to the ground, propelled him straight upwards, aiming to smash into Moon's head, and whip it backwards, either snapping his neck, damaging his jaw (again), or slitting part of his windpipe. For good measure, fore feet whipped out, and slashed like mad, aiming to slice open the stag's chest and top of his legs.

Freedom was abit shocked when his neck was bit. He dodged to the side before he could get his neck snapped by the force of the other stalion's hooves. He backed up and then spun around while aiming his back legs towards him aiming for the stallion's ribcage. Then he aimied another kick towards the face of the other stallion as he did towards him few times during htis fight.

Mistakes aren't hard to come by....But they are impossible to take back.
The biggest Mistake of Moon's life was just made. Denatice felt his teeth hit their target, the soft spot lust below where the law meets the neck. When they did, His clamped down hard, refusing to let go Every molecule in his body threw energy into that bite. He felt the blood rush into his moouth - an incredibly fowl taste, however, what was done was done. When Moon Whipped around, he made the biggest mistake of his life. For that mistake would cost him his dear life, no doubt. Flesh ripped when the other dolt spun around, and in the process tore his own flesh. Denatice clung on until the seams of the flesh ripped, and though his attempt to dodge the other stallion's kicks at his ribcage were feeble, they lessened the blow enough so that it didn't seem like anything was broken, or at least for the moment. When the stallion kicked at his face, he reared, and took the blow to his masculing chest instead. Sure he was a bit bruised, maybe a few ribs were broken, but nothing fatal. Defenses reamined strong, but pleasure began to creep into his veins with his acomplishment.
OOC: okay, Moon umm, I'm not purposely trying to power play here, but you really left me in a tight spot when Denatice had grip on Moon's neck, and then moon himself proceeded to whip around, so I took it as okay to assume that you knew the consequences, considering that given that situation, normally a horse would freeze, and find a way out of it - hopefully. Umm....that's all I really can say...so....you also kind of powerplayed, since you assumed that Denatice let go...but that's an easy mistake to make..umm...*thinks* oh, that's why you never assume what the other person is going to do..because you never really know...that's what makes fighting so difficult. (Welcome back to the Rocky Mountains then Vinny.)
Freedom let out a gurgled like sound when he felt his neck tear from Vhetrial's bite. He then looked over towards him without turning his head before speaking " Hope you like your new home Vhetrial. You get all the responsiblites along with all the pains of being the lead." This last bit was whispered as he kept his gaze locked on towards him awaiting his reaction. He then let his gaze drift back over towards the horizion once more just to enjoy the view from the Rocky Mountains one last time as lead stallion.

((Thanks Moon...umm I guess? It'd be better if it weren't under such.circumstance...but...well..Denatice..he's...different...>.< I'll reply in a little bit, when Ihave more free time.))
Ebony brute studied the other stag, finding it rather curious that Moon held such pride while death took it's slow and unmercifull toll. But what it was would be what it was. Only once before had he even come close to killing anotherbeing, but he had been under attack by a wolf. That was different.
"You show great courage, brother Moon. Even in death. Alas, ways of life are not easy, and whomever says they are I prefer to show quite otherwise...not saying you did." Her he glanced away in a gesture that seemed much like a shrug. well, for a horse. " If there be any last messages, you wish to send, I will send them, giving them with my personal prescence. Not much, you might think, but for one with such fate as mine, well, that is a great deed against all things as I have grown up being taught."
Such troubled past could go undefined for him. Very few others find themselves in such circumstance. Standing with their only newly met half brother, having come to kill him, filled with vengance and wrath. The deed done, Denatice was nearly unsure what to do with himself, but he knew his duty would be to bring havocing justice to his new land, and all would be as he said, or face the dire consequences.
"As for the pains, as you so put them, of taking responsibility of a herd, and being the lead..well, I know of these, I had run my home herd after killing my claimed father's harem. Yes, even defending it from havoc such as wolves, and other stallions. I know very well of what the responsibilitied are. they do not reek havoc upon me."
Denatice Traced the outline of the mountains, of what was now, for the most part, rightly his. This place, which would house his harem, all his own, through trial and error. Rough times, and tribulation. He was ready. He was prepared. Nothing could stop him. So far as he knew.

(I'm not going to have him die it would be to sad to kill my first stallion on here. He will just go out and wander around after the neck wound heals.)
Freedom looked up at him softly with a smile before pulling back slowly while then looking towards the horizon. " My mate is named Munchie she will probably leave or she might stay here I don't know she wanders alot. I also have a brother who is three I think and a son who is two. Thorn is alittle weak so if you would mind allowing him to stay here to get stronger. His mother died afew years ago, and he was sent to a slaughter house before I rescued him." He spoke with a soft smile on his face before looking towards him. " Don't be like dad allow others to join the Mountains, and have a family of your own. Just make sure you don't end up without a family or someone to love you." He spoke with a soft smile on his face.

((Ahh the air of dissagreement. hate to break it to you, but Denatice is not one who normally reasons...it is not in his blood, and well, he hardly accepts intolerance, and he did come here to avenge his father - or actually to kill him, in his mind, it's a shame he's dead. oh, and just so you know I don't know how badly the bite penetrated his neck, but if too much blood gets into his lungs, 1) he'll either drown or catch pnemonia and die, even if outer side heals.))
Ebony brute frowned upon his half brother. Love? HA! he knew nmothing of what he spoke, as for his father, he cared not of what Viny had done, nor did he care for what Moon wanted him to do. As for Moon's request, he would say nothing of it, for if he ever cam across the beast hidden in his lands, he would be sure to die, if he did not leave. Vengence was in his blood, he would not have another of his kin - less they decide to side with himself, alive.
"I do not take kindly to strangers in my lands. So now I warn you, brother or not. It would be wise to stay out. I seek not to find, necessarily, to find a family, nor love. I do not seek out of fancy hormonal passions as silly horses as you do. No, my only goal is to bring havoc and order to thoes around me. Weather or not others agree with my terms and my rules, that is of no concern to me. They die, or they leave and never return. that is their choice."
Here the great stallion paused, for though it would be quite easy to kill this stallion off, especially in his weakened state, something held him back, consciousness. No. Love. No. The ali of Kinship? No, not even the most ample reasons that most any horse in these lands would understand or consider. No. He lived for choice. He hesitated now, for the sake of choice. For the one thing he believed most in the world of heirarchy was choice. Either you were in or you were out. but either way, you follow the rules, or face the consequences.
"As for you, brother. once you leave, I would not make the mistake of returning, unless you desire great consequences. No, I do not take lightly to many other stallion venturing my lands, no, not even, as you would say, my kin. I do not believe in favoring someone over anyone else, unless I am given ample reason. and that reason should be good enough to gratify peace. As with you, well, I do not know you. and as of yet, you have done nothing but provoke me, but I suppose, in your eyes, it would be a good cause, as it would be reason enough to defend your home. As you would say. However, I look at this domain, not as a home, but as my kingdom. A place in which I rule over all others. It is here, half-brother, I leave you to either listen to my words, and leave, or take you chances and linger." with that the ebonite brute swiftly left. Leaving Moon to leave, and face the consequences, or be wise, for once, and leave. He was not loitering to get to know Moon better.

(Well, I don't know then. I'll just put that it was not deep enough to kill, and the fact that he was getting stressed out from being lead then. Oh and with Thorn, his son, I was not going to put him as lead since I wanted to have Munchie and his first colt to have it, but they never bred.)
