... When you cannot think up clever titles you go with your gut! This is a simple contest, in some ways, with a simple prize, and a rather neat one. You can create a layout! It can be as complicated or as simple as you please, and members will vote on all the entries (hoping there are some) to choose the winner! So, unfortunately that means you'll need to make a preview or sorts. Gah catches!
But there's more. There are some guidelines. The minimum is a banner for the top and some skin colours to go with it nicely. Tis the bare minimum.

What's the prize you're asking?
The winning layout will become NSE's default skin for at least a month... which might not seem like much, but I think it's pretty awesome! So, join in, you know you're just itching to!
