Who Owns What?

Because I'm too tired to try to figure it out, who owns what land? Aka, which character.

I believe that Storm still owns the Shores although someone was residing there and taking over until they could challenge for the land.
And the Mountains, Denali?
Shadow Fire, one of your characters got a hold of the Desert, right?
And Apollos I think still owns the Island.

Is that correct? Or is my memory flawed?
