ok, so recently the vast desert was taken away from ebony(sorry don't know what else to call by) and was up for claim. I claimed the terra with my character Fell (as it says on the front page; paragraph about finished challanges and weather and stuff.) but i have been kicked out by Ebony even though i was messaged saying that Fell owned the land.
I really would like this cleared up. I don't mean to be rude in any way. I'm just a little on the angry side.
(mostly because my posts were deleted there, and the land was originally taken away because of in-activity nad was up for open claim, and i did claim it.)

You get the land hun, because the reason it was taken away from Ebony was because of her in-activeness.
Ebony; you've been gone too long and it's not fair for you to sweep in whenever someone else takes your land and shoo them away. If you want a land, you need to stay active with a character for a while and then challenge another for a land. This is final. I don't really know what to say because Crow isn't here...but yeah. Shadow Fire gets the Vast Desert.

yes. If she deletes your thread again please tell me so I can take it up with the other mods on punishment, because that isn't proper modship.

i made sure people knew that i was away, i can't be on twenty four seven but the reason i said 'i am going to be away' was so that the land didn't get taken from me.

Shadow Fire; Totally loved that whole challenge thread in the Islands. And I think Fell should get to own the Vast Desert. So, I'm most def with you!
Needed to add that so there is at least a little bit of positive in here somewhere.
Pink; Deleting her posts is just, in my opinion, selfish and stupid. You were gone for a way long time. Therefor, your land was given to someone else. Get over it. Just about everyone on here has school, and stress, and lives, and this list could keep going. But oh well, if you can't keep up with things just quit, or forfeit your lands to someone else and then go on break. You have no right to come in after such a long absence and take something that was given to her. I'll repeat, it was selfish and stupid. So stop your whining and move on. Kthx.

Just don't turn into a flame fest here.
All I'm going to say in this particular thread is at the moment the character Fell has the Vast Desert, he claimed it, how would he know it was inhabited already? End of story.
