The fires are finally receding! As rain falls onto the scorched soil washing away the flames that tormented the fall. Unfortunately that’s not all that’s being washed away, across the affected lands topsoil is sliding into the ocean making grow conditions for any new vegetation. Too bad those trees weren’t there to help stop it. Nor to help absorb the water which is slowly rising and flooding the lands. The unnaturally warm autumn has become an unnaturally warm winter and the tempurature doesn't seem like it will drop far enough for snow anytime soon. Oh dear!
Affected Areas;
- the Sandy Shores and the Beach
- parts the Vast Desert
- (the breeding and foaling grounds)
- Lush Fields
- parts of the Deep Forest (this time the water is very slowly reaching Duna's cave. )
- the Tropical Island (completely washes out)
The Rocky Mountains and the Ocean Cliff remain unaffected, however rain water has caused landslides and the ocean seems to be a generally dangerous place. The shoreline of NSE is relatively washed out much like the island. Food is very scarce, but you can still find it in parts of the lands despite the fire. Besides, its scarce in winter anyway. The Deep Forest and the Desert are two more places one might seek refuge. The heat is not enough for lightening storms, but there could be the odd one here and there.
You can tresspass again. Just wait for what spring has in store! ^^ -coughs-
