Ki shrugged. "I used to have a herd where all emotion was prohibeted" she explained "I still have those habits today". Ki sighed, her past still trailed her everywhere. Despite the fact that she should have forgotten everything of her old life by now. But alas Ki could not forget.
She still rememberd the crueltyof her elders an lived on thoughts of revenge. Ki often felt picked on by her emotions, but she did not tell anybody for it was to be considerd not proper. She should be under perfect control, yet another memento of the past.
(sorry I feel awful today and cant r-p that well, sorry!)

ooc; camisado! o.O
that’s alright, I haven’t been so great lately either. life can be a whore. zoal's full of as much bull as me! ^^
my name is z o a l, i’m sorry i’m not up to standard.
Her shoulders rose and fell like she was taking a breath and they were her lungs, her voice wispy, she sighed. Zoal might have felt sympathy for the mare, but he really was not sure what to think. A herd with a ban on emotion? It seemed irrational; emotion could help judge a situation, it could protect oneself, it could satisfy instinct. It was a tribute that an animal could even accomplish such, but clearly crippling to children whose natural belief deviated from the mainstream. Let’s face it nonconformity always sucks.
Zoal poked her face with his own, an acknowledgment of body language, if, as it occurred to him, she would be able to understand the fickle humor of touch (did that sentence make sense to anyone? O.o), she would receive this gesture that said ‘I understand’. The truth was, he did not fully understand, his mind could only build conclusions. The stallion’s hooves brushed the sand and he began to walk fully assured that she would walk alongside him. The sun, we’ll say, seared Zoal’s eyes when he broke from the beach and came under the light and scattered foliage of trees, long grass began to spring up among the sand.
“Mmm. Suppression only hurts you more. They would have built up walls to keep in their emotion, keep under control. Control is the height of power. However it is a balance, to be able to let out what is necessary and hold back what is not,” he said and then mumbled to himself under his breath. Zoal tossed sand around leisurely and sighed to himself. “I think everyone does it, do an extent. Be contented that habits do die.”

(ok I feel a lot better today Ki understanding his gesture of comfert smiled softly. "I often thought it was a stupid rule myself" she murmerd looking at him "vbut I would have ben killed had I dared rebel, in fact that was the reason I am not here with them today". Ki ws glad of that fact, it was no life to be supressed. But K had thrown off there shackles, she admitted in a uncoventionel way. But ontheless she was her own mare now. She was greatfull for that though she spent most of her days regretfully dreaming she was free to do so. Free to dream, and speak. She could do anything she wanted. SDhe could be herself. The past was the past and the future was the future. There was nothing Ki could change. As now the future was brighter. A latern leading her forward.
