Satian was bored. Four mares. Four mares he had lost. He snorted as he continued walking. He was angry. Angry with the world or just angry with himself, he could not tell. Every stallion he saw had at least one mare. Even the stupid brown horse he'd defeated did. Of course, that stupid mare ran away. And the stupid black stallion had helped. He snorted again. Every day he watched other stallions have foals, mares, land... Everything he didn't. He was coming to another territory. He knew this land was a stallion named Ghost's. He couldn't trespass. He would have to go around Creekfall. He started to turn, but stopped. This would be perfect. He'd never seen the stallion, but he'd heard the stallion had just taken over. He most likely didn't know what to do. A fight this early. He nickered. Land, mares, foals. I have to win. He ran into the territory, neighing loudly.

[bg=000000][atrb=width,500,true][atrb=border,0,true] Ghost walked peacefully through his new territory, discovering new things and deciding where he'd make the main area. The stallion had no mares yet, but he'd been looking and was determined to find some. As the off white Andalusian walked along, a loud neigh was heard. Instantly, the stallions ears pinned as the words echoed over the terra. Ghost honed in on the location where the words had come from before picking up a canter and moving with long, powerful strides towards the other stallion. As he approached, he slid to a halt, back half lowering to the ground slightly as his hooves slid in the slightly muddy ground. His ears were pinned as he spoke, nostrils flared.
"I will give you time to run, as I believe you're making a horrible mistake."
Ghost took a threatening step forward. His strong Andalusian hooves pounded the ground with each step, sinking slightly in the mud. The stallion wasn't worried about a challenge at all. This was his land, and he would be keeping it.

Satian snorted, thinking he was the best. "Make me." He smirked and reared up. He neighed loudly again and went to strike out at Ghost's face. He thought he would win. The rumor was, this stallion couldn't fight if his life depended on it. In this case, it did, because Satian wasn't afraid to deliver a killing blow.

[bg=000000][atrb=width,500,true][atrb=border,0,true]As soon as the words were heard, the studs ears pinned even more. What on earth did this brute think he was doing. The shear ignorance he showed angered the lead stallion to extremes. Before he could even act, the other stud was striking out at his face. As quickly as he could, Ghost jerked up into a rear. Unfortunately, it wasn't quick enough. The other stallions hoof grazed his cheek roughly enough to slice it open on the left side. The cut wasn't too deep, but it was long and would surely scar over. So this was what he wanted to start off with? Giving his competition a scar upon his perfectly shaped face? Yeah, that wouldn't go over too well.
The stallion wasn't much of the type to kick with front hooves, so as soon as the other stallion was out of the way, Ghost landed and spun, kicking out with his hind hooves in mid spin, aiming for the opposing studs check. Ghost felt a collision with something, but was unaware as he was still turned around. When the stallions hooves hit the ground once again, he was able to return to face his challenger, maw open and ready to snap at any piece of flesh that got too close.
"You have one more chance to get the hell out of my face."

Satian smirked, seeing the blood. He turned to get out of the way of Ghost's hooves came flying toward his face, but it wasn't fast enough. He'd turned his head and barely moved when Ghost's hooves made impact. It wasn't his face, what Ghost was gunning for, that had been hit. It was his chest. He grunted and fell back a little. It hurt like hell, but he wasn't one to give up. He turned around so fast it was like lightning and swung to back legs out, trying to connect with any part of Ghost.

[bg=000000][atrb=width,500,true][atrb=border,0,true]No response must have meant the stallion was well aware he was going to be defeated, be it easy or a challenge for Ghost to keep his position, he would do it. Ghost watched as the other stallion spun around just as he had and sent his hind hooves flying towards him. The off white stud moved slightly back and out of the way, as he was already slightly out of range. Just as the challengers legs went by, Ghost reached out and bit into flesh on one of the other stallions lower hind leg. Whatever it was he bit oozed blood into his mouth, but would not tear away. Ghost wished he could have ripped a piece of flesh from the stallion, but he failed and had to let go.
Ghost charged forward just as the other stallion returned to facing him. The Andalusian was quite a bit taller and more built then the fighting stallion, which was very much so helping. With his heart pumping and lungs soaking in massive amounts of oxygen, Ghost pushed forward and rammed into the other stallion with all his might, grunting with the force of the other stallion not giving way as easily as thought. Ghost lashed out, teeth snapping in attempt to bite at the other stallion in any area. His teeth snapped a few times before catching some form of flesh and pulling away, taking the flesh with him and spitting it out on to the ground. Blood wasn't quite his thing.

The wound stung, but Satian ignored it. Call me a fool, I'm not quiting this duel. He turned and charged at Ghost, his mouth open, ready to bite at anything he could.

Satian realized this fight was worthless. There were no mares or foals and the land was too wet. And he was sure to lose. With a snort and a goodbye nicker, Satian tucked tail and ran off, off of Ghost's territory. But he knew of another place. A place where a stallion named Miloh lived, and he was going there. One way or another, he was getting land.
