Buttercup

GENDER Mare
PERSONALITY Buttercup is a very sensitive soul and can very easily pick up on other horse’s emotions. She has quite a lot of insight and can very easily work out why someone feels the way that they do and what causes it. There is quite a lot going on behind those dark little eyes of hers. However, she very rarely says what she notes. She is a very quiet little foal and it’s unlikely that she’ll ever speak up. If she ever gets comfortable enough with someone she knows then she will warm up to them and sometimes she’ll even play. She doesn’t find it easy to get comfortable enough with someone to play with them or really have a big conversation with others. If she does warm up to someone then she will trust them implicitly and follow them around and generally worship them. If she likes someone then she becomes determined that they like her as well. Since she’s quite a loving filly, this means pretty much everyone. Despite being very quiet she is also very brave and she will often go wandering to see what’s around the corner. Not to prove herself to anyone, just so that she can satisfy her curiosity and move on with her life.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION She is a richly coloured palomino filly, mostly Arabian though there is probably something else in her bloodlines if you go far back enough. Her front right hoof is darker than the rest of her hooves. She has a white sock on her front left leg, a stocking on her hind left and a white pastern on her hind right. She has a white stripe running all the way down her muzzle to her lip and her muzzle is an ashen grey. She will stand around 14.3hh when she’s all grown.
HISTORY Buttercup’s history starts off fairly normally, she was born into a herd. Her mother wasn’t the favourite nor the lead and Buttercup took after that. She was never especially loud and often quite shy even though she’d known her brothers and sisters her whole life. When the herd moved closer to a forest, Buttercup took the opportunity to explore this forest. While there she got separated from the herd and lost. That was about a fortnight or so ago and she’s only really survived through pure, dumb luck. Also a little common sense, not going out into the open but not going into dark and shadowy places either.
