PERSONALITY
She is usually calm, collected, and almost stoic on the outside, but on the inside she can be thoughtful and kind. She tends to give off an enigmatic aura, and can be picky when choosing true friends. Setsuna has a knack for getting rid of her enemies, one way or another, but it takes a lot of annoying and trouble to make her angry. Some find her arrogant or too quiet at first, but to those few that she trusts, she will give her life and loyalty to them. She has a nervousness around humans, and does not talk about her past so true wild-born horses will not look down on or outcast her.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
Standing about 15 hands tall, Setsuna (or Suna for short) is a white Lipizzaner mare. She has a silky, medium length, cream-tinted mane and large, deep, chocolate-brown eyes. However, her most noticeable features are her brands from the riding school: An L on the left cheek of her face, a C on her left shoulder, and under that the arrow for Siglavy, AR for the stable she was born at, and on her hip is her foal number, 6. She appears tough and muscular from afar, but close up she appears rather graceful and feminine. Having trained for almost all her life, she has a stunning gait, good footwork, sure footing and is a great jumper. Her body is more suited to strength rather than speed.
HISTORY
Setsuna was born in a luxurious stall of a prestigious and strict, but small riding/training school (called 'Azul Rosa') from a beautiful broodmare. She has brands to show her lineage. From an early age, as her sire before her, she was rigorously trained in the ways of show jumping and dressage. She continued blossoming into a creditable show prospect until age 6. She had adjusted to her life of hard work and strange performances, but always in her heart she wanted just to run, graze, and live without the cold of a bit in her mouth or the pressure of a leather saddle on her back. And one night, she got her chance. A fierce, unbridled storm sent a bolt of searing lighting to the top of the barn. Soon, despite the torrential downpour, a fire started. The barn began to blaze because of the wood, sawdust and hay, and as people rushed to free the horses from the raging inferno, Setsuna, mad with fear and confusion, bolted like lightning itself as soon as her door was unlocked. She fled into the cold, wet, unknown night. Setsuna has spent the last year wandering, learning the harsh but sometimes gentle laws of nature, and becoming a wild animal, freeing her caged heart in the process.
