Brima suddenly tensed. She knew this was an enemy herd of Thanatos's. Even though she wasn't fond of Thanatos, he was her leader now. An after thought: What if there was another choice? Another herd? No stallions? Brimstone looked at the white mare. He was very confused.

Alphonse and Magenta "Two is better than one, I suppose.." Magenta looked up shuffling her hooves across the ground. She was thinking wether to go with the two mares or see what BrimStone and Brima were up to. Obviously it was her own choice but she didn't know what to do. "Ummm, sure I suppose.", she said with a light smile. Maybe she would get a home after all that made Magenta smile even more. It soon faded because of a yawn but it returned later. She stood up to be more respectful and bobbed to Gertrude whinieing since the first time she'd met all of them. Little did they know that one tango man was coming to the party. Alphonse bounded through the forest yelling a single word across as he galloped at the full speed of 30mph., "BAAAAAAAAAAAANZEEEEEEE!!!", that was all you could hear plunging through the tops of the forest was the Mustang stallion galloped for fun jumping off a small cliff into the lake. He dived in and minutes later resurfaced up gasping and laughing a neigh at the same time. This, was his life. Al was five years old and still acting like a big shot, he loved the luxury of freedom it was like a sweet fragrance lifting into his mane. As he stepped out of the lake onto shore, shaking out is mane and tail he heard a slight sound emerging from the forest. Could it possibly be some more lovely mares awaiting this handsome mustang? Al reared kicking up sand into his own face by accident after stomping full force onto the gravely stuff. "Gah!" he spat out the nasty stuff as he thrashed his tail with excitement. He liked to talk to mares they were his passtime, no mare could actually make him fall in love, he had never been in love except with his former owner, LittleFeather. The stallion quickly walked into the forest quickening his pace to a canter and then a small gallop. All of a sudden the forest composed into this open space of tall grass and in the midsts of it there were four mares and a little foal. HA! Such luck Al had had and he didn't even do anything. He flicked his ears forward and as handsomely and quietly as possibly walked over trying not to disturb these lovely ladies from what they were talking about. He stood just a few twenty feet away shaking his raven black mane with the three eagle feathers stuff in them. Waiting for a responce since he was actually, and suprisingly, a shy stallion.

Brima knew another stallion was behind her, be before she could turn and snarl at him, she noticed Brimstone was gone. "Brimstone?" She called. "Brimstone! Brimstone, where are you?" She called again.
Brimstone trotted happily over to the new stallion. He'd only ever seen three stallions, and never one with a spot on his head. "Hi! my name is Brimstone."

Magenta quickly turned her gaze to the new stallion. He seemed to be a mustang..of, some sort. More of like a quarter horse actually with his coloring. She chuckled as BrimStone walked straight up to the stallion and said 'hi', such a bold little fella, isn't he? Magenta thought so, Brim was cute in his foalish way.
Alphonse blinked at the foal and smiled lowering his head to be at the same eye level as the little one. "Well hi there Brim, I'm Alphonse. You can just call me Al, everyone does.", the stallion smiled big and brightly flicking his ears up and then raising his head to the others. Appearently his presence was now known but, what the heck, more company means more fun. Al cautiously trotted to the mares stepping lightly, he wasn't one to get into fights with ladies. The stallion carried himself in a dignified way but he looked rather kind of funny, with his chest puffed out and im walking tip-toed to them. He was just a comedian to all the ladies but that's what made Alphonse, Alphonse. he enjoyed how the ladies laughed at what he did, most were just plain out right agressive to him. he wasn't all that bad I mean, he was a good guy.

Gertrude, Teheki, Gertrude’s heart flew, her stomach soared into her throat. She smiled. It was a stupid smile, too big and a bit too enthusiastic, but Gertrude didn’t care. Nor did she care that Brima seemed suddenly all too tense. She threw her head back and laughed, kicked her hooves together, jumped up, just like a colt. When she’d settled enough, she touched Magenta’s nose and smiled. “Thank you.”
Her mother, on the other hoof, stood away from the group, her head to one side. She whinnied, a small welcome to the other mare, and quickly turned her gaze out across the meadow. Gertrude tensed. Was it Thanatos? She knew nothing of the stallion, except that he existed and his herd was still small. Not as small as that in the Fields, of course, but hardly ten mares. Teheki gave a shrill warning call. “A stranger!”
Gertrude watched the mare’s muscle bunch, her tail stand stiff behind her. Brimstone passed her, headed for the stranger. Her heart felt as if it had stopped. Tight, clenched against her ribs. What if the stallion attacked him? Did he know better! She was about to call him back when his sister beat her too it. He seemed friendly enough, but you never knew.
“Why are you here?” Teheki said.

Brimstone followed and suddenly tripped. He yelped, tipping Brima off.
Brima didn't know the stallion was so close, she was still looking around toward her herd for Brimstone. Until he yelped. She turned and there was a split second before she charged at the new stallion. He was a threat to part of her herd, her little brother at that.
Brimstone quickly got up and ran. "No!" He called, but it was too late, Brima was going to fast to stop even if she wanted to. She was pushing 32 mph. She was pretty fast for a quarter horse.
Brima neighed and pushed herself farther, hitting 33 mph. It was gonna hurt her and the stallion when they hit, but if they fell, she'd land on top, and most likely a clear view to his neck. It was three seconds until impact.

The Adalusian smiled deeply, "Your welcome Teheki." , then Magenta stood up silently and tilted her head thrashing her tail at the newcomer. Finally a stallion but, this one seemed different, he wasn't that Than guy they were talking about that's for sure. He seemed more free-spirited and alive. She tensed her muscles slightly but was more relaxed with a stallion here, she cautiously walked over studying his movements. He seemed more like a fool than a horse, mostly by what he was doing, what was he a joker or something? Magenta wasn't all that amused by it but she did let a smile slide across her muzzle. She suddenly saw the quarter horse named Brima start to charge the stranger as he himself went up in total defense mode. He seemed so nice and funny then but changed in an instant. She could only watched not really knowing what to do.
Al quickly looked behind him when he heard the yelp and then turned to see a figure of that agressive mare start to charge before his own eyes. He was so horrified because he had rarily ever actually been attacked like this that he instinctively stood up on his hind quarters and reared up neighing in that threatening tone. Buuut, instead of fighting he ran right around the mare and darted for the hill that was just behind all of them, while she went at 33mph.
he went to around 36mph. speeding to get far away enough from her. "Are you mad lady?!! I didn't hurt him, he was only copying my tip-toeing move!!", it was no use, she probably couldn't even hear him over the noises of our hooves digging into the ground. How was he going to get out of this one?

Brima charged after him.
"He didn't do anything!" Brimstone shouted. He was scared for the stallion, he'd seen Brima fight three full grown stallions and win when it was just him, her, and their mother. She had protected them then, too.
Brima pushed 38 mph, and it was hurting to run like this. She was going to have to stop. Panicked, she pushed it up to 40mph. It was fast, even Timbra couldn't run like this. When she was close enough, she reached her neck out and locked her jaws down on his tail, yanking hard.

Al bucked up starting to run as fast as am ustang could go, his legs pumping and his hooves hitting harder as he continued to buck trying to get the quarter horse off of his tail. "OW, OW, OW! That hurts!! Stop it!", the stallion stopped partily and backed up striking and missing the other horses head, mostly because he was desperate to get free.
The male turned around and tucked his long head in and reared up kicking out with his fron hooves as he was now starting to go into offense. He couldn't hide from the mare if she was going to chase him all the way so, when backed into a corner, strike out against the enemy. Alphonse was neighing, rearing up, turning his back and trying to buck again bobbing his head in rage. Now he was mad.
Stallions have a bad habit of going to far with things but Al was just like the rest, got angry easily. he reared up again and hit the mares backside now starting to back up away from her. Though the other little fella named Brimstone was trying to stop her, it was to no avail, she was already attacking him full out. This was a pretty serious mare.

Brima grunted with the impact. She let go and quickly chomped down on his rump. She reared up and kicked at his back. "Show you to hurt a foal!" She growled.
Brimstone ran was fast as his little legs could carry him and stopped fifty feet from the fight. "Sissy! Stop! He didn't hurt me!"

Alphonse bucked at the bite and started to gallop again thrashing his head around. "I, did not hurt him! He fell!", the stallion galloped down the hill still bucking his back hooves up like a donkey, he was in full rage but all he was doing was thrashing around. His attitude kept the five year old from going nuts on anyone, it just wasn't his nature. He stopped to a trot still thrashing his tail around and craning his neck up and down. Both him and the little foal were trying to stop her since she went grand theft auto on Alphonse.

Brimstone trotted over to Brima. "I told you he didn't do anything!" he said.
"AND I TOLD YOU TO STAY PUT!" Brima shouted.
Brimstone felt tears in his eyes. She'd never yelled at him, never got mad at him. That was Mama's job.
"HE COULD HAVE KILLED YOU, BRIMSTONE! DON'T YOU GET IT? WE'RE NOT PART OF THE HERD ANYMORE! THERE'S NO SAFETY OUT HERE! WHAT IF WE LOST YOU? DO YOU KNOW WHAT THAT WOULD DO TO MOM?"
"WHAT DO YOU MEAN 'WHAT THAT WOULD DO TO MOM?' TO HER, I'M ALREADY DEAD! I RAN AWAY! YOU'RE NOT TAKING ME BACK!" Brimstone turned and ran after the stallion. He felt more safety with the strange horse than with his sister. "Hey, Al, can I come with you?" He asked the large stallion.

Cheshire and Alphonse
"My little pal here, he's a lively fella."
Al slowed down a bit finally calming down after the dramatical event. He trotted over to the edge of the forest and turned around seeing Brim following after him. Huh, that little fellow really has guts, I give him a 10 outa 10, we're buds now. He walked over to the foal and flickered his ears at the question. 'Can I come with you?', he heard right, right? Well, his little bro Cheshire does get lonely with a five year old stallion around, why not? "Uh, sure Brim but, what about your sister?", he couldn't help but ask any ways, she did care about him after all.
"HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEY!! ALLLL, YOU LEFT MEEEEEE!!!", a small roan chestnut figure emerged out of the forest running full speed towards the mustang, hitting into him and rolling onto the ground, all fours out. He huffed and blew his small forelock of hair out of his face standing upstraight once again barreling over to Al. "Al, how dare you leave your younger brother to have fun by himself, I'm dissa-dissipointed in you.", the small arab foal said puffing out his chest to look tough. Then, he noticed the other horses and he exhaled coughing a bit. "Umm..h-hello." , Cheshire hid behind his big brother for protection.
"Oh, hi Cheshire. Sorry to keep you waiting, I was just playing 'round.", the mustang gently nuzzled his smaller bro in the shoulder after he hid behind him. "Their alright mares, Chess, except the quarter horse, she's crazy.", he whispered lbinking from the mares to his younger brother.

"I'm sure she won't mind getting rid of me." Brimstone spat. "Brima's not crazy. She's just over protective. I'm Brimstone." He said. He peeked around at the larger foal.

Cheshire peeked out from behind Alphonse looking at the other foal. "Hello, BrimStone. I'm Cheshire.", said the slightly smaller runt. He flipped his ears up and stood next to Al bowing at Brim in a playful position nickering to him."Wanna play?", he swished his small tail prancing around Al.
