Okay, so I noticed that there's a place in the sidebar with a list of open threads, but they tend to get snagged very quickly and need updating like... several times a day, which I'm sure makes our poor staff's heads explode. They already need to maintain the character and herd directory and archive things.
I propose we make a thread where people can post their own open threads. It will make things easier on the admins and it will always be updated because people have the freedom to post their threads themselves. We could sticky it in one of the OOC sections.
I roleplay on another site that does this and the system works really well and needs little to no maintaining on the part of the admins.
