A Note Regarding Herd Ownership

Alright, since we've had trouble in the past with this I thought I'd make a universal announcement to clear things up.

This is regarding herd ownership or general ownership of the herd territories.
At the moment all territories without an active lead (which is basically all of them, with the exception of the Desert, and perhaps the Shores) are currently up for grabs. Since the game is still going so is time and we're going to be assuming that the lands are uninhabited if there are no posts in them; why should they go to waste?

So to the point.

• Anyone (with a male character) may start a herd on any of the four herd lands and claim one of those lands as their herd's territory, defend it, live on it etc.
  
• If the lead and/ or herd members of that land return from the dead then they may either assimilate into the current herd existing on that land (if the lead of the residing herd permits), challenge the lead to take over again, or simply co-exist as another herd combating for survival on that particular territory.
  
• If anyone has a problem with this or is confused please don't hesitate to contact Crow'sia through PM.
  
• The terms in this announcement over ride any current rules NSE might have which contradict it.

What do you mean by ' Return from the dead' Exactly? so liek if I wanted to bring back Denatice, and finish off the mini-plot that I was starting between my chars I could do that - if I fought off the stag in the Mountains now? yes?

Back from the dead, meaning their players come back.

And yes, essentially. If you continue to play Denatice and he wants the Mountains back he can travel to the Mountains andbe like 'Get out. >.> -fights or manages to talk it out-' Or live there and have a separate herd on the same land co-existing.
