Shatan galloped thru the vast dessert searching for water or food. Everything was scarce. He would stop and look out to look for something, but nothing was there. His sides heaved in and out tired. He whinnied loudly, no reply. He pawed the ground. How would he get out of here? Was there a way? He layed down, the sweat dripped of his black pelt making it shine. Would anyone come?

EBONY. There was never much you could do to spend your time on doing in the Desert. There wasn’t much to kill the time, and sometimes it was very frustrating. Being alone, on this wide landscape with no one to communicate with. She understand what Akkan went through here, it was making her crazy. Distant, bitter, untouchable – she was becoming her mother all over again, even after she’d tried to avoid that harsh conclusion.
Her head was lowered, lapping at the blades of grass shooting up from the depths of the Desert. It was a miracle something grew around here any more, it was very scarce and she couldn’t afford to share it, so with sight from the corner of her eye of another equine in the distance – this was not a welcome greeting she was about to give. She lifted her cranium from the pathetic look of grass, and narrowed her gaze on the intruder. It was very hard to, considering the distance but she’d grown accustomed to chasing possible herd members away from her land. She never meant to do it; it just came naturally to her. It was what she said, and the way she said them. She handled herself rather well and grew fond of being on her own.
Lifting her sore and weak appendages from the red earth and made her way briskly towards the stranger. Her façade had naturally regained a frown, unhappy and unimpressed by this sudden interruption, her quick, powerful pace made her motive rather clear. She’d thump loudly across the golden grains to make her presence known, to make the intruder taking the little food she had acknowledge her through the vibrations she forced upon the land. And once within respectable distance from the unfamiliar stallion, her lobes stood erect on her dappled forehead, to take in any messages he sent through sound and alert her eyes for her sight sense. She was an observer.
Air was huffed through her nostrils, and the dappled mare displayed her obvious annoyance with the pawing of her hoof, she threw her head in his direction, motioning her snappy remark in his direction. "What do you want?" She looked down on him, her shadow casted over the stallion as he was lying down and there was an increasingly large height different between the two, she eyed him suspiciously and held her challenging eye contact. From the way he whinnied before, she assumed he wanted something.

Shatan saw the dappled mare. He was very alert, he arose and nickerd. He said, 'I need a Mare". he tossed his head, then raised it to show strongness, he to pawed the ground and waiting for the mares movement. He looked at her preety long mane. She was beautiful...He looked at her chewing the grass that he had been looking for. He carefully walked over trying to reach for some grass. He reached out his long neck and put his teeth out trying to get a taste.

EBONY; you'll change your mind come monday He seemed aware enough, and she wouldn’t try any harder. She held her head higher then before as the stallion stood up on all fours, she still wanted to look as less vulnerable as she possibly could. She eyed him, with vicious, violent eyes just to make sure her point was put across. But what her point was she wasn’t quite sure, just that she’d prefer to be left alone and wasn’t fond of having her time wasted and being fucked around with – it was something Aurora passed down on to her. It was a burden now on her shoulders and she’d never forgive the wench for that.
As he stood to his feet he erupted in a harmless call, she remained where she was and her gaze hadn’t softened. “I need a mare.” At his words she huffed again, and exhaled the breath of air she kept in her nostrils. Her frown deepened and at his motion towards her she nickered flaring her nostrils and threatening him with the gleam of the sunlight coming off of her teeth she displayed in annoyance. Obviously, this guy didn’t know who to and who not to mess with. Ebony was definitely not the best crowd to warm up to. In fact; he couldn’t have done a more stupid and naïve thing. Who would have guessed; a stallion asking her to be their mare.
"And I want you to get out of my face." She hissed, "you’ve come to the wrong place, you’re wasting your time, as you are mine." Her voice only consisted of anything but patience. He told her probably the last thing she was willing to listen to at the moment.
When he reached down for her grass, and nibbled it she stopped him before he could devour the whole lot. Coming towards him as a brisk trot she nipped his jugular and whinnied in a high pitched distress. "It’s not every day there is grass in this place, and I am not sparing you any!"

Shatan would not give up. His Dark black pools only focoused on one thing her, he knew it would be a struggle though. Someway he had to win over her heart, but How? Then he asked the gorgous mare,"Dont be so harsh". He trotted and continued to grass till he felt full. He was very hungry, he chewed the grass noisly, it was good lush grass that really never grew in this vast dessert only sometimes. Only when there was little rain. He ocntinued grazing staring at her at his cornel of his pool.
When she started to trot over. She bit him. Ow,What was that for? She was very odd, but he still loved her. He whinnied and shook his long black mane. So?
